All Out Burger — Restaurant in Ottawa

I deeply wish I could give a better review..alas, I cannot. I recently moved out of the city and have spent the past few months ranting and raving to my family and friends about this awesome trendy little spot in Ottawa.The food was to DIE for, fast forward a couple months and the family and I have been itching for an adventure as covid lockdown had us going stir crazy, I suggested we try out this food truck in the south, they reluctantly accepted as I continued to hype up the food truck I once loved, sadly immediately upon our arrival things went south, from the property being littered with trash and random debris to the stench coming from the restaurant itself (burnt used oil i assume?) I brushed this all off in search of the amazing meals I had here in the past, i unpacked the delicious looking food, and took a large gulp of my ice cold drink.That's where things went downhill fast. After downing a few sad and soggy French fries, I dove in for a bite of what looked like a picture perfect burger, that was until of course I realized the "crispy" bun wasn't toasted just stale and was accompanied by an absurd amount of lettuce covered with brown bits, after what I paid I'd also expect a reasonable portion. Updating after going there first time this year. Last year's review was raving perfection. This year I had a very different experience. Spicy chicken burger was good: coleslaw and sauces heaped on a bit too casually and the slaw was overly creamy. were wicked delicious. The chicken and spice were still above standard for industry, but it was ultimately the service that forced the changed review.

Service was slow and inattentive. 5 minutes to place order with only one person ahead of me in line. Then, among their crash of skip the dishes drivers (3 in 5 minutes) my order must have been lost, along with the order of another couple who were waiting when I arrived. I ended up waiting 35 minutes when they asked me "whether I'd ordered"... I had one of their pick-up alarm buzzers in hand and it had not rung.

When I reminded them of my order, which was already paid for, they promptly made it on the dime, but I nonetheless waited over 40 minutes for a chicken burger and some poutine. The couple in front of me was livid and certainpy...

TL:DR? This might be the most trash burger in the city.

Ordered takeout through delivery app. 1 regular cheeseburger, 1 regular chicken burger, 1 hot burger (guac, cheese and jalapeños), 1 fry, 1 deep fried cheese curds.

Fries are the only decent thing this place does, chip truck fries, but they had ZERO seasoning, needed salt BADLY.

The cheeseburger is mid at best, also the way they stack the toppings is a mess- no one does a lettuce slaw UNDER the patty, you need to eat upside down. Patty is bland and flavourless, the BUN is trash and the first thing you notice- very poor.

The chicken is battered in fish batter… doesn’t work at all, 0/10

The jalapeños on the hot burger weren’t deep fried at all, bad ratios of cheese guac and jalapeños- a mess.

The cheesecurds were soggy garbage.

I would recommend a MCDONALDS BURGER over this trash, either the high ratings are from before a management change… or they’re buying bot reviews because this slop was barely edible and it’s BAD...
