For the second time in a year (both times were in Apr24 & Apr25), their gift card machine wasn't working when I travelled across town just to eat there. What is going on that it's almost always down?! This is also the second time I've had a valid gift card in my hand but had to pay out of pocket. (The whole point of having a gift card is -not- to spend money out of pocket!)
I have emailed (info@arbys.ca) on the 3rd Apr. No response. I have filled out the comment form they suggested I use, a week ago. No response. (Please don't suggest I use this, I already have.) I have sent a more detailed email on Sat 12th Apr. No response. I have left a message on their Facebook Messenger on Mon 14th Apr. No response since they asked for further information. How long am I expected to wait?
I will be sending a letter to the store manager (or owner) since the head office is taking their sweet time to respond. I will be asking for a refund on this gift card that is now useless to me.
I've always liked Arby's, but this has now soured my experience to such a degree that I won't be returning.
Edit: It took them a whole month to resolve the issue. Despite two free sandwich coupons from head office and a refund from the restaurant, the time it took for this issue to be resolved is...
Read moreI just went for a drive thru few minutes ago. After taking my orders, I proceeded, but I decided to park in front just to check if my order is complete, upon checking I realized they did not give me any sauce, for the mozarilla, they did not even asked if I want one. I decided to go inside to ask them politely, I didn’t realized they were closed, all doors are locked and only taking orders through online and or drive through, because I am desperate to ask for a sauce especially for the mozarilla, I decided to go in front of the drive thru window. But by foot not driving because I am not that lazy to just walk. 1 lady came close (I presumed the manager not sure, but she literally told me “next time You cannot just walk by the dark in front of drive thru” i was in shock how she told me, I felt belittled literally (because I am asian and I am tiny!) Just because I’m not inside a car she jusges me and treated low. First of, it is very bright as there are lights all over, 2nd I asked the car in front if I can squeeze in just to get the sauce and they said sure! I was a valid customer of Arby’s for years, it’s 1 of my favourite, but since they treated me that way I’m so discouraged! Disrespected!...
Read moreExcellent, sometimes. It's oct 13/21 bought the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It was good no complaints, chicken was tender and seasoned. I also bought the Greek gyro. Now I know there is a Greek on wheels just down the road but wanted to try Arby's gyro. .I know what we're going to say, I understand. Lesson learned. Under no circumstances should anyone buy a so called Greek gyro from Arby's. The flavor in the meat was very blaned, the sauce was awful, the bread was way to soft. Had one bite and discarded the rest. I then drove to Greek on wheels to buy a real gyro. Had to get the Arby's gyro taste out of my mouth. I will be sending a letter to the ministry of cruelty to gyros. And ask them to investigate the Arby's treatment of gyros. This is a serious matter. 07/18/2023 I Ordered the Bacon Ranch wagu burger. Not bad doesn’t look like the picture. The ranch sauce was a little lite, not a big ranch flavour. The patty is deep fried in it own separate deep fryer. The patty was cooked nicely, not salty at all....
