From the moment I stepped into Authentic Vietnamese Pho House, I felt as though I had embarked on a delightful culinary journey straight to the heart of Vietnam.

Upon entering, the restaurant's atmosphere immediately struck me. With its tastefully designed interior and welcoming ambiance, it was a vivid embodiment of Vietnamese warmth and hospitality. The space was clean, comfortable, and richly decorated, exuding an aura of authenticity that heightened my anticipation for the meal to come.

What made my experience even more enjoyable was the exceptionally attentive and friendly staff. Their genuine smiles and in-depth knowledge of the menu demonstrated a level of customer service that goes above and beyond. They offered insightful recommendations that truly enriched my dining experience.

Then, of course, there was the pho. A steaming bowl of rich, aromatic broth, tender noodles, and high-quality meats that came together in a magnificent symphony of flavors. Each spoonful transported me to the bustling streets of Vietnam, as the freshness of the ingredients and the balance of flavors were nothing short of perfect. The dish was a testament to their dedication to maintaining the authenticity and quality that Vietnamese cuisine is known for.

Bún Bò Huế (Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle Soup) originated from Van Cu village, a small town close to the beautiful ancient Hue city. Hue was the centre of Vietnam during the time of the Nguyen dynasty – the last royal family of Vietnam. The city is famous for producing vermicelli (rice noodles).

There are many variations of this dish and styles depending on where you order when your in Vietnam.

I've had the pleasure of taste testing this dish and I've tried every Vietnamese restaurant that has this dish because it is simply one of my favorites.

Their special fish sauce combined with the meat really adds to the flavor. The beef was tender, juicy, grilled to perfection and when mixed in with the sauce, it is a punch of decadent and umani flavours.

The star here is the meatballs, grilled and seasoned just perfectly. Juicy and tender, combined with the fish sauce was just wow. I felt like I was sitting back home in my home country.

They also add pickled diakon, carrots, purple and mint perilla leaves.

They don't call this place Authetic Vietnamese Pho House for no reason. They keep to tradition and bring out bangers from back home so everyone can have a taste of Vietnam.

Me and my husband love to eat here, we’ve been several times, and I have also ordered through Uber eats several times. The ladies who work there are extremely polite and helpful. This is the very first place I’ve been to, where the waiters were offering to pack up my leftovers instead of just handing me the takeout boxes to do it myself. The food is excellent, always tasting and looking fresh. Complimentary tea when seated in restaurant, is very nice and flavourful yet gentle. I’m very picky with my food, as I have so many allergies and restrictions (celiac, milk, vegetarian, etc.), but the staff is very diligent about it, both in restaurant and also through Uber eats, they even wrote a little note on my takeout, letting me know which sauce was safe for me to eat. the environment of the restaurant is very calming and there’s even a little fish in a large and generally tidy tank that my husband and I like to sit next to and watch the fish swimming around and hiding in the rocks and...
