Ordered via UberEats and this is what I received: a poor excuse of a medium pizza with enough toppings to maybe fit on a small or personal size pizza. This resulted in an excessive amount of crust. While I don't expect to have toppings right the edge of the pizza, It would have been nice to have a normal amount of crust like any other pizza ever made. Whoever made this simply took no care in preparing the food. The topping seems fresh and tasty, but was overshadowed by the fact that 1/3 of this pizza was literally just crust.... Based on the other photos I saw in the review section, I clearly had a completely different experience than everyone else. A real letdown as the pictures made Panago seem like a promising place to order from.

Brutal Pizza with terrible service. I did an online order for a large pizza and it came to just under $30. Marked paying for it by cash. Delivery guy shows up saying he has no change at all. Only had two twenties so had to give him a $10 tip. Brought it inside and opened it up to a sloppy pile of pizza. Slices had permanent curves in them so it was in this pile a while. Ran out to driver and he said to call them. I did and was offer another pizza and I had to fight for more. They only gave me a $10 credit valid for 90 days. The other pizza took a long time and came Luke warm and had strange holes in the pizza. What a joke of a pizza place!

I ordered butter chicken pizza for take-out, It’s not even close to the taste. Staff didn’t made good pizza as It had big chunks of spices (supposed to be seasoning kind of) on the pizza and chicken is also full of chunk of spices. I had 2 slices and threw away the rest. Not a butter chicken pizza for sure with caramelised onions and chunks of spices.

Panago was the worst choice we could have made. I couldn't even tell you what the pizza tasted like because we never actually got it.

We decided to order from the new Panago in Barrhaven and placed an order that was said to take 35min. 3 calls to the dispatch and 1hr 15min later we still did not receive our pizza. After talking to 3 personnel and stating how late the pizza was, not one person suggested that we keep the pizza if and when it arrives, BUT instead said that if the pizza did arrive to send the delivery back and they would credit my account with the cost of the pizza. Not sure how that makes any sense since I clearly stated that we would never be ordering from there again. This place 100% does not care about customer...
