Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Ottawa

I am a regular here. Pretty inconsistent taste and terrible customer service. Today was intolerable. To begin with the girl who took the order was untrained and do not how to apply coupons. She was overcharging and when corrected, started to loose her cool. I requested her to give better pieces because last time they gave me all dark meat. She does not know which piece is dark and white. She did not know the proper composition for 5 pc combo - 2 can dine offer. Another lady came to help her and she ended up just giving 4 pcs instead of 5. When confronted she denied to even listen to me and I heard she saying the same lady to go to me as she does not want to attend me. This was unacceptable behaviour but I still forgive her because she is a student and learning. The lady added the 5th pc asked if I am happy. Is she doing me a FAVOUR? I still forgive because she was struggling with the language All this was being watched by Manager, staring at me and not helping anyone. Especially his staff. Such poor management. Asked for spicy but it turned out to be more bland than regular chicken. No spice no salt. I had to thrash it.. what an experience Owner pays you all to do your job well and we pay for the food. Please work sincerely and serve customers well. Don’t cheat owner and the customers

Ion April 20,2021 around 8:00 pm I went to get a dinner for my family I ordered 2x5 pcs chicken strips plate and a regular sandwich. I denied to take the receipt (may be a mistake). By the time I went home, I discovered they forgot to add the sandwich, so I had to go back, informed them and the cashier asked for the receipt. I I reminded him that I said no for the receipt. (I am not sure what is the role of the receipt they can check their camera that my sandwich was not put in the bag. Actually when he asked the girl, it seemed that she remembered because she went inside never showed up until I left (same girl forgetting food for the second time, first time was few months ago). The cashier seemed interested in the receipt more than anything else, he could have revised the transaction #, time of purchase and match it with my amount paid from my debt. He was acting as if I am trying to get extra food for free, well I don’t need to drive additional 12 km (back and forth combined) for extra stuff. My concern that I am supposed to have dinner with my family, then I have to go back to the store, family have to eat without waiting for my return otherwise their food would be cold. 1st visit to this location. I asked the cashier if its cheaper to buy 4pc chicken + side vs combo. No response she was happy to charge the order. After seeing the price difference which for 15c more add soda. After telling her combo was best value it seem be huge issue for her to change my order and her comment was very rude. Comment said told you that. Cashier arguing with me and being unprofessional.  fountain drink and today around 28 degrees. ice machine not working expected to drink warm soda so needed to ask for ice. Further to that went to pour Coke Cola most popular drink and fountain soda was not working.  Explained to same cashier and her response was well there is Diet Coke or Coke Zero. She explained aware that fountain drink is out service but nothing was being done nor was there signage to let guests know not available. Overall uninviting experience at this location and cashier was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills.
