Bobbie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Ottawa

Horrible experience. Extremely rude and incompetent staff. Was a loyal customer for over 10 years but never again will I order from here again. I ordered the game night special deal if Ottawa senators or Toronto raptors play on the day of and today (the raptors are playing on May 1st 2018) was on a flyer dropped at my apartment building. When I called to place the order for delivery and told them I want the game night special which I had to explain what it included and how much it cost because the employee had no idea what I was talking about which is fine but then right after I was told apparently the number I dialled which is the number on the flyer is the wrong store, so I told him I’m going to hang up and dial the same number and for some magical reason the “wrong store” answered again. Right off the back it seemed like they really didn’t want to give this deal which is extremely odd since they’re advertising it on their flyers. What really upset me was when the driver came and I showed him the flyer he said that if he finds out we’re ripping him off he’s gonna put a tab on my number and address. Since when does a restaurant or the driver ever threaten their customers with tabs and even after showing proof make extremely rude remarks to their customers. Also the delivery took 70 minutes, the pizza and wings were cold and when I called to ask what was taking so long he told me the driver had an order to downtown so he went there first then will come to you after. Our location is in between the store...

Sub par food. Shady dealings. Just ordered for the first time today. Ordered Club sandwich (my measuring tape for food). They said about an hour they were busy as it's Canada's birthday. That's fine I'm at work I'm not going anywhere. I ordered 2 diet cokes (as they ran out of pepsi I don't know what the cokes cost as the menu doesn't say...) the club (12.49) and a small coleslaw (6.49). So a while later it is brought to me in a tiny box, these lukewarm dirty little fries are packed everywhere which made the sandwich a grease filled mess. The sandwich was mediocre as there was not alot of filler in it. The chicken was ok the bacon was the bacon you'd get on a pizza, burnt to a cinder and clumpy. It had a small 2-3 oz cup of coleslaw (which if it was cold would have been the highlight of the meal...but it was warm and so it wasn't). Speaking of coleslaw I didn't recieve the small container of it (6.49) OH!? After reviewing the menu i got I have noticed the sm coleslaw is 2.99 and the lg is 6.49, the menu is shoddy as well. I also didn't get gravy which would've helped me choke down the fries. My bill was 25.42 for this mess, i could've filled my car half way with gas with that. Oh well another lesson learned in the food wasteland that...

I am blind and in a wheelchair; the deliveryman gets frustrated with me when I type my pin in wrong the first time. He said I was holding him up. I open my pizza box notice that there are no garlic dips I call the manager and he says he will get him to come right back I wait a good 30 minutes.. finally he is at my building telling me I have to go stairs. When I go downstairs he only gave he one garlic dip and I asked him where the another one was. He said "I don't know" very rudely. I go in the store and talk to the manager and the deliveryman walks in and he starts yelling at me telling me he wasn't being and refused to apologize. The manager gave me 50% off my next order. I order there a couple weeks later and they calm that they were only giving me 15% off, they clearly said 50% off. I fought with them, they were being very rude. They finally gave me the 50% off, and they brought me only half my meal, I called back and they told me that the delivery man would come back to give me my food and he never came back. It's safe to say that Bobbys will never get my money again. The food is over priced and also something not...
