Hello, today for lunch me and a group of friends decided to go eat here. We had a group of 6 people, and we didn’t want to sit in the bar area so we understood having to wait 20 minutes for a table. We left came back and this time an older woman who worked there came up to us and asked us if we want to sit in the bar area and we said no she gave us a rude look and said “okay but we have a table of 16 coming in soon” and then told us to wait a lot longer after the 20 minutes but believe it or not we only had to wait 2 more minutes when one of the young waitresses that worked there came up and helped us instead. We were seated and the chairs were a bit dirty and the table, they asked what we wanted to drink after 25 minutes and then brought the drinks after another 25. Two of my friends eat only halal and the waitress said she will write that down for both of their orders, but when my friend got her food it had bacon in it, which we get it was the chefs fault not the waitress. Also we got our food at least 30 minutes after our drinks and they never asked us for any refills the whole entire time. I got pasta and they didn’t give us any utensils I had to ask them and they also said I would have to wait for my garlic toast while everyone else got theirs and 10 minutes later when I reminded the girl I’m suppose to have a garlic toast she then went and got it, multiple groups of people had shown up and left by the time we were eating our food and in the end it was just us and one big group of 16. They completely ignored us the whole time and even after we finished eating it took us another 40 minutes to get the bill. Also their small pizza is the tiniest pizza I’ve ever seen made and it was at least 13$, my friend also asked for tomato sauce instead of bolognese sauce on her pizza and they gave her no sauce on her pizza the crust also was very dry. Their bathroom sink only dispenses ice cold water too below freezing. The waitress was nice and we know the food wasn’t her fault but I just wish we were checked on more. We understand there was a big group of 16 and they were really understaffed but they didn’t check on us once only to give us the bill 30 minutes after. We stopped at this Boston Pizza for supper with our daughter and grandkids. It was a horrible experience from the sit down. Other tables received their order even though they arrived after we had placed our order. Chicken Parmesan is served on a bed of pasta. But not here--- if you expect to get a normal Chicken Parmesan eat somewhere else. when I told the waitress that this was not what I wanted she basically said that is the way they serve it and didn't offer anything else. The side Caesar salad was ordered with the dressing on the side and arrived with it dripping all over the plate. and the answer to that was the same. At no point did she attempt to make it right. So we finished our meal, at least those of us who got something close to what they ordered, and was getting ready to leave when she walked out with a plate of pasta saying that she spoke to the manager and this was to make it right. That was about 25 minutes too late at that point. SO I paid the bill, left no tip, when I saw that the meal I had ordered but did not get was still on the bill. SO I went to see the manager.
Well that was a great waste of time as she had no idea that there was a meal that she had supposed tried to fix with a plate of pasta. Told her the whole issue and instead of refunding the meal offered a gift coupon... Like I would be coming back there.
It was over priced, watered down soft drinks, poor service, and food that was below average for any restaurant let alone one that likes to bill itself as above the norm.

My group came in for dinner, we ordered, and the server forgot to put through one person’s order. I understand that mistakes happen, and I did feel bad for the guy, but to be fair it is your one job. What got the mother of this person and several other people upset was that he suggested splitting the sand which of the mother (who ordered the same thing) while they rushed the food. It wasn’t the right thing to say. We all ordered our food and want that food. We shouldn’t have to split our food for your mistake.
What was really upsetting was that the manager only wanted to comp the meal at 15%! What a slap in the face. My friend was very hungry and had to watch us finish our meals before she got hers. How is that acceptable?? Thankfully, the server managed to get the manager to agree to 50% discount, but it should have been free. Gordon Ramsey would have chewed everyone out. The manager didn’t even have the courtesy (or gall) to explain this choice to us in person.
To add salt to the wound, after this mistake, the server rarely came around again and we had other servers dealing with us. We never got asked how the food was. No one came to refill our water or offer to get more beverages. The Molson Canadian tickets didn’t work either.
We were not rude, we did not berate the server, and this is the service we get. Shameful. The worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant.
Food was also bleh. One step above Pizza Hut, and the prices were too...
