My recent dining experience at Shawarma Andalos was nothing short of exceptional. This establishment masterfully captures the essence of Middle Eastern cuisine, delivering dishes packed with flavor and tradition in a welcoming environment.
From the moment I stepped into Shawarma Andalos, I was greeted by the delicious aroma of spices and warm, friendly service. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, perfectly capturing the vibrant energy of a Middle Eastern bazaar.
The menu boasts a wide array of dishes, all promising an authentic taste of the Middle East. I opted for the chicken shawarma plate and a side of tabbouleh salad. The chicken was tender and marinated to perfection, complemented beautifully by a fresh, creamy garlic sauce. The tabbouleh salad was fresh and zesty, providing a refreshing contrast to the rich flavors of the shawarma.
Moreover, I was truly impressed by the portions served. The shawarma plate was generously filled, ensuring value for money while satisfying my appetite. And yet, despite the hearty servings, there was no compromise on the quality of ingredients or the attention to detail in every dish.
The staff were professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly, adding to the overall exceptional dining experience. They were quick to serve, ensuring that customers were well-taken care of and satisfied with their meals.
In conclusion, Shawarma Andalos offers a delightful culinary experience. With its authentic, delicious dishes, warm atmosphere, and excellent service, it is a must-visit for anyone craving a taste of the Middle East. I look forward to my next visit and have no hesitation in recommending Shawarma Andalos to fellow food...
Read moreIt used to be a favourite place to buy a shawarma. They kept on going down. The last time I have been there although we were only 3 people ordering, they rushed through the order as they were feeding dogs. Somebody else's dogs. Would not spare a second to stop and ask things properly - and their command of the language was not good at all. I asked if he got the order right and the person asked me back, watching in another direction, "Do you want sesame sauce on the beef?". At the end - the previous people have not left the payment area, the dude was bagging our boxes and when I told him to stop, the other dude said that I should have said from the beginning that I want to eat in, so they can use plates. Their demeanor made me so angry that I could not explain properly that his colleague never stopped for 1 second to get the order correctly. On the good side, the person in front of me, with similar poor English skills, was behaving as in a private restaurant - making the order very custom and asking for "More, more" and the Speedy Gonzales who was serving was obliging. I did not take my order and I will never...
Read moreI would give this place ZERO stars if that was even possible and a HUGE THUMBS DOWN. I have never had customer service be so distasteful and rude before. I have been coming here since it open and I am officially no longer a customer along with my family of 8. I came in to get a deal which I had a coupon for 4 shawarmas for 19.99. We Physically showed him the coupon and he asked us if we wanted chicken or beef or MIXED. We then asked if it was okay with the coupon to have mixed and he said yes. WE pay for the bill then the cashier without giving us the food says that we have to pay an extra $5.00 because we got mixed meat even though we asked with the coupon and AlREADY PAID THE BILL. Then he has the AUDACITY to lie straight to my partners face in front of the cashier saying that we never showed the coupon and we had to give the coupon to the cashier! A customer told us that saw the whole interaction and that what they did was not right afterwards. It's a shame that this happened but I will never go back to this...
