TAKE NOTE of this update because ONE employee changed my entire rating on Google.
When I was attempting to swallow medication and didn't have a drink I rushed into this location actually thinking I would just buy a beverage HOWEVER, the young man who welcomed me as I came through the door, completely changed my entire mood.
I explained quickly through a mouth full of dissolving horrible tasting pill and he quickly got me a glass of water!
He didn't have to try just because he was so great whether I was buying or not I did buy a fruit slushy beverage that was very good.
CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN MAKE A HUGE AJUSTMENT IN A CUSTOMERS OPINION...and today this staff member did that and I will go back again. Just because it costs more doesn't make it more better... As a coffee lover I can't say I'm impressed, the place is to expensive for me but I admit that the sweet treats are fresh and tasty however, since its not in the budget its not a regular...

Everything about it is below standard and poor compared to Starbucks

The coffee is probably some of the worst coffee I have ever tried. Most times it tastes burnt and has an acidic after taste I don’t like. They just cannot make espresso period. Cup is either barely filled or overflowing and it always tastes disgusting. The service is pretty awful to be honest-they ram the place with staff so service should be quick but it moves at a snail pace. The staff are generally not pleasant-it has been my experience the staff are usually hipsters and have an attitude
To me there are no redeeming qualities to this place and no reason to ever go here over other coffee places. You’re better off going anywhere else or even making your own with a tassimo or keurig. All better choices with better...
Read moreI used to LOVE this place. They're environmental, affordable, and the staff were always incredible kind. Nowadays they have been rolling their eyes and refusing entry to people who have legitimate mask exemptions. I wish places would either close fully and only do pick up orders, or be open while requesting mask wearing but respecting medical exemptions (as stated in the bylaws). Doing things in this current way is discriminatory towards disabled individuals who are having a hard enough...
