extremely poor customer service. Me and my friend went in there when it was completely dead and they had their backs to us for at least 2 minutes until we had to say something for us to be served. i wasn’t a fan of my drink because of one of the ingredients that were in it and it didn’t say anywhere that that ingredient was going to be included. When i tried it, i was not impressed at all and knew that was not what i thought i was going to be getting. I went up to them after taking the smallest sip and asked them if they can make me something else similar but without the ingredient and he had an extremely rude tone and said “well your gonna have to pay for it.” even though i just paid 8 bucks for this one. Yesterday I ordered Cold Taro Sago with no ice. When I brought it home, I just realized it was hot Taro! went back today around 6.15pm and made the same order. I told them about the mistake they made last time for my taro. The girl with glasses just asked me to check it before I left! What an attitude!
