Horrible experience. I ordered a pizza, breadsticks and 16 wings. When I got there they had just dropped my wings on the ground and had to remake them. I understand accidents happen so I patiently waited for them to redo the wings. I get home and try a wing and it is slimy and has the wrong sauce. I call them to let them know and initially ask if we can come back and replace them. The person on the phone puts me on hold then transfer me to another person who then asks the same questions puts me on hold then transfers me to a third person. The male I was speaking to I believe named Mo told me I can come back so he can put them back in the oven even though I had explained it was the wrong sauce. It got so complicated I asked if I can just get a refund. They told me it is against their policy to do a refund so I said I’ll come back to get them replaced. I get there and the manager Leila starts to argue with me and condescendingly tries to explain to me how I am wrong and the wings are perfectly done. We start to argue as I’m starting to get frustrated at this point. We brought back the wings, we just want new ones and a way to contact upper management since the situation was handled awfully and we waisted our gas going back and forth. The kicker Leila gets upset that I’m sticking to my story and not agreeing with her that she tells me I have to pay for the replacement wings after we drove back there being told they would replace them. Now wings are cheap $20 but what upsets me about customer service nowadays is the disrespect, inconsideration, entitlement and absolute lack of manners. Shame on Mo and Leila to treat me but especially my mother like that when the mistake was twice made on their end. Read moreThis has to be the last time I order from this location as each time I order there is a problem. Today I had 2 orders of pizza for a children’s birthday party. After experiencing problems last year, and being told that I should not pay until I am at the store, my son arrived to get the pizza. Problem #1: the pizza was ordered ahead of time but when son arrived, the pizza order had not been processed Problem #2: each order was supposed to be $17.98 but we were charged $26.97 Problem #3: the order was wrong.
Last time we ordered here, we experienced a similar problem and were told that we should pay at the store and not online to avoid payment issues. Payment issues and order issues still happened. Pick up time was supposed to be 1:30 to feed the children but the pizza issues created a delay of s as almost an hour. He had to make two trips to the store so that the pizza that was ready could be served.
