I order regularly and am impressed by the courteous 20-25 minute delivery. I pre-order online and the Campeau Drive outlet is as close or closer than, some friends and neighbors. I'm giving the product a 9 out of 10 because it's guaranteed untouched by anyone from being cooked in the oven. I'm impressed with "building your own pizza" online. It gives the customer control and this process is informative because you can be self guided by the calorie count provided by the interactive menu. My favorite ingredient is the "Brooklyn Pepperoni" of which is the best alternative to a favorite not commonly available "Genoa Salomi". The only thing concerning me is the lack of access to the company's official CONTENT LIST. Of late, the more "informed consumer" has become aware of "alternative content usage" by (especially) fast food outlets. The so called "nearly meat products" are highly questionable, notably I point out the possibility of fast food "berger chains' use or commodities produced by CRICKET FARMING operations being subsidised by governments, Accademia, environnemental movements and major, closed corporate entities while media quietly promotes their "internationalist social engineering agendas". So at this point I put 5 stars out of 5 for Domino's Pizza because of the automated customer experience and (from what I tend to except) Domino's top quality ingredients. Read moreI wish there were negative stars. One of the worst discriminatory experience at this Outlet on 21st Dec by a Staff. I have been a regular patron of this Dominos outlet for more than a year and always had a great experience. I ordered a Pizza and Dip at 7:45 PM on 21st Dec for a takeout. After payment, I asked for Chilli Flakes and was told very bluntly by a lady that the store has none. I said No Worries. I picked up my Pizza and came out and realized they didn't give the dip. I went back and said "did you put the dip inside". The same lady replied again carelessly, "I don't know". I was surprised with the behavior. There was no dip and they got one for me, very casual. I commented that they should have been at-least Sorry for this oversight. This is where the Lady went and started to shout "What do you expect, this is not a mistake, blah blah". I went out saying this is not the right Customer Service. I was however not happy with the behavior, so I again went inside to ask her Name. She behaved so rudely and almost hysterically & carelessly thinking for few minutes, saying "my name is Amy." Read moreI Have been ordering pizza here for the last 5+years and today I had one of the worst experiences. First my order normally takes around 15-20 minutes from order to door today took over 45 minutes to arrive. When it did it was wrong. I ordered stuffed cheesy bread. And when I got was stuffed cheesy bread with something else inside of it, we are not quite sure, maybe it was spinach, but either way, I don't eat spinach. When I called the restaurant to sort out the mix up, the guy who answered the phone was shore, and rude. He tried to convince me not to get a replacement tonight, and only have it added to my account when this was the food that I had ordered to eat today, following this he then didn't want to do the delivery for it and tried to convince me to come to the store to pick it up. In my opinion, because I did not mess up, they messed up. I ordered this for delivery. And I did not get what I ordered the replacement should be delivered. following this when he finally agreed that they would deliver the food i tried to confirm my adress with them and got hung up on. So I ended up having to call him back to confirm that he had the correct address, because at no point did I say my name on the phone or what my order was. all around very negative experience tonight...
