Absolutely exceptional dining experience at Via Cibo! From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone. The menu offers a delightful selection of authentic Italian dishes, each crafted with fresh ingredients and superb attention to detail.
We started with the burrata appetizer, which was creamy and perfectly balanced, followed by the wood-fired pizzas that were simply divine—crispy crusts topped with flavorful, high-quality ingredients. The homemade pasta was a standout, cooking to perfection with rich, savory sauces that truly showcased the chefs’ skill.
The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel like valued guests throughout the evening. For dessert, the tiramisu was luscious and well-balanced, providing a sweet ending to a fantastic meal.
Highly recommend Via Cibo for anyone craving top-tier Italian cuisine in a cozy, stylish setting. We can’t...
Read moreDecided to pop in on Saturday night because of the great reviews on Google. Ordered a linguine bolognese and carbonara. The carbonara was decent, but the bolognese tasted pretty old. We asked if they wouldn’t mind redoing it for us, since the other plate was good we figured we had just received some older pasta on the other (we were there around 9:30PM, so that’s understandable). After taking it back, the staff behind the counter audibly talked about us and pointed to our table. The manager came back to our table and said he tasted it and didn’t know what our problem was because they “make good pasta” and told us not to bother them again. I don’t usually bother with making negative reviews, but the customer service at this place was atrocious and really ruined our night. And the food isn’t cheap so we were...
Read moreThis place is a like a combination of a fast food chain and restaurant. You order at the counter, but they bring out your food to your table on actual plates. The chicken parmesan was really good. The pomodoro tomato sauce they put on it had lots of flavour. The Alfredo sauce was a bit bland, but most are. My hubby thought his chicken diavolo pizza was ok, but he said the chicken on it had no seasoning and was very bland as well. We had the garlic cheese bread as an appetizer and it was really good. Very garlicky. The two meals plus garlic bread came to $60 after tax and tip, which feels a bit steep for the type of restaurant it is.
Oh, and if you’re wondering how they got so many five star reviews they have a sign at each table saying you get a free gelato for leaving them a...
