I am not sure if there is a way to check if the dough has gone stale or not, if there is, it should be done, if not, it should be dated and one's that have gone bad should be thrown out. By consistency of dough, it could be easily understood. Stale dough causes gastrointestinal issues for customers. If it is not such a case, something else is going with the quality control-it should be professionally checked out. A few recommendations that I have: don't throw toppings all concentrated in the centre, don't leave too much space near the ridges, don't skimp on the base sauce- pizzas are called tomato pies for a reason, don't skimp on the dough for pan pizzas either- it should at least emulate a deep dish pizza, bring back anchovies- if it's something that could be done through the ordering. A few recommendations for the franchise, if there is a bottom-up feedback system to make things interesting and if they're taking suggestions to get more customers: I personally would love to have more seasoning options and ability to do it by half side's and by pre- and post- bake. Seasonings like olive oil, hot honey, hot sauce, tajin, etc would be great. If basiI leaves was ever a topping option, I like to see them back as spinach leaves are. I don't know why green olives are there as a topping, don't know if bitterness elevates pizza's for any customers. I would also like to express my thankfulness for all the wonderful pies in the past and look forward...
Read more1600 Merivale Road is my favorite location where I usually order Domino's pizza. The pizza here has always been incredibly delicious: juicy, aromatic and tender, but until yesterday. Yesterday I ordered pizza after a while. And it was - "something". I ordered Canadian pizza and when I got home, opened it and tried it - it was awful. It was burnt, the bacon pieces looked like charred coals, the pepperoni pieces were just plastic, there was practically no sauce at all ... And the pizza itself had absolutely nothing in common with Canadian pizza. This was the first time at this address. But there are no coincidences. Yesterday evening I saw for the first time that the entire team (except for one girl) were Indian guys - and the result was immediately "obvious". Domino's immediately lost its unforgettable taste, quality and expectations.... It's sad... And the most important thing is that my evening and expectations were ruined... Next time I will think ten times before ordering pizza and definitely not...
Read moreOne of the employees got snippy with us. Dismissive and not accepting fault for mishearing us on the phone and putting our order in wrong.
Ordered some pizzas with my boyfriend. All but one were supposed to be thin crust, and well done. Out of all four pizzas only one was made correctly.
They skimped on the sauce and my barbecue chicken one only has the sauce on the outermost edges, not near the centre. It's near flavorless and soft. The alfredo pizza we got also had no sauce.
When we called to explain how their coworker messed up our order the person on call was getting confrontational, saying their coworker [who lied about the fact they messed up] didn't do such a thing and the order was not put in as thin crust.
Neither took accountability on the fact they clearly didn't ask to confirm what we had said or accept the fact they misheard us in the call when we made our order initially. We tried to confirm with them in our call when we made the order but they were...
