Poutine is not bad, average. I see other reviews where people are saying it's really good and some have even said best in The city????... Clearly, they haven't had good poutine. Too big for one person. If you're with at least 1 other person and want to spend almost $15 or more on it, go for it. The burgers are average at best for taste and quite small. Any fast food restaurant will sell you a better burger for less money. So, burgers are significantly over-priced for what you get.
Overall, not worth the money in my opinion.
Staff are really great, and friendly. Good vibes. It's what drew me to come in the first place. I do Uber Eats for fun sometimes and I try out all the independent places. The staff were so awesome when doing deliveries for them I had to come back and try the food.
Short story... I know what I'm talking about when it comes to good food spots in the city. This isn't one of them.
$30 for one person's lunch (burger and poutine) ... if it was good, maybe, but that's a lot of money to pay for average food.
This place has low overhead and high prices. Spend some of the profits on R&D to come up with better recipes or hire a decent chef.
It has potential to be great.
It's possible some of the other choices on the menu would be a lot better, but after this first experience, and the crazy prices, I'm going to spend my...

First I like the idea of a window to order and one to pickup.
And the little Digital doohickey to notify you when it’s ready? At a chip truck? Fantastic.
She had a Wham Burger and loved it but found the patty a little in the thin side. I had the Oklahoma Onion burger, which thankfully came with two Pattie’s otherwise I would have found it too thin as well.
But flavour? Those burgers were full of it. From the fried onions that had just the right sweetness to the cheese that balanced it out, veggies on the smash were fresh and crisp, and the bread was melting in our hands it was so fresh.
The fries were dead on perfect roadside French fries. Crispy outer with a warm fluffy inside.
My only three issues are there’s absolutely no seasoning on the fries. Not even a tiny bit of salt.
And if you need condiments - say ketchup? There’s nothing to put it in. A back and forth 3 times just to get ketchup, and vinegar. Should have little cups or something so you don’t have to carry unwrapped burgers or open French fry boxes back and forth again and again.
Overall great food. Good location,...
Read moreAbsolutely disappointed! Had a Large Poutine. Fries just barely ok, gravy not much better but the Cheese Curds were a disaster. In the entire order there were no more than 9 Quarter size Cheese Curds pieces. Seemed like we were eating greasy fries soaked in gravy! The star has to be the Cheese Curds.
Only the staff service allowed us to give the two star rating.

Follow up to the Owners response to my original comments: The issue was the lack of gravy and curds. Customer Service was not an issue (as I stated was the only saving factor) nor was I frustrated at all, until I arrived home and opened the box. I stand by my count of curds (9 pieces) and stand by my comments as they accurately described my observations for that occasion.
To say I was misleading in my comments or photo ( I had yet to eat a Cheese Curd at that point), tells me you have missed the point. It was a failure in Quality and I trust you have drilled down to find out what happened, then taken corrective measures.
Next time I order something from that location and if your are there...
