Honestly, if I could rate this restaurant as a -5 I would. Not because of the food per se, but because of their extremely poor quality control. We have been doing takeout from this location for a longtime and they have rarely got a complete order correct. Consistently, it has been missing condiments, a side dish, or salad dressing. But the last two times they have gotten worse. Our order two times ago was a disaster. The orders were not prepared properly because they had either ran out of ingredients, for example coleslaw on top of a southern Canuck chicken burger, or they forgot to add an ingredient, for example creamed horseradish on the roast beef sandwich. In addition, the roast beef was all fatty. When I called the restaurant to speak to the manager she was absolutely rude and brutal. She at first refused to come to the phone and we could hear her slagging us to the other staff member, and then when she did finally come to the phone she could not care less about our problems and hung up on us. I swore I would never go back.
But here we go again, decided to try takeout last night hoping that the awful manager had been fired and that we might get our order correct. NOPE, NOPE, NOPE, this restaurant simply cannot get one order accurate. We ordered the family chicken meal with donuts. When I picked up the order I checked the condiment bag and it was missing a salad dressing. No problem, caught it before I left the restaurant. I then asked the kid on cash if the dinner rolls were in with the hot food. He confidently say “yes”! Fool on me for believing him. When I got home, we went through the items and realized we got green beans instead of donuts. I called and spoke with Lucas. He was more than happy to correct the situation but it meant me, the customer, doing all the work. I said I would come in after we ate the hot food, but then I realized there were no dinner rolls in the bag. Absolutely annoyed drove back to the restaurant for donuts and dinner rolls. Nothing offered for my ruined meal and inconvenience, but when I saw Lucas, he looked like he was 15 yrs old, it all made sense. FIRST, it would NOT let me login because I was using a browser the website did NOT like. So, I finally changed browser; BUT I still couldn't login because the earlier efforts messed SOMETHING up and now the Captcha (to verify that I'm human - like a machine is hungry and wants chicken) did NOT work whatsoever - it wasn't even selectable
SECOND, completing the menu section was also a PAIN! First time thru, I thought I selected everything but it wouldn't let me move forward with my oder because I missed one menu selection. My fault - once I figured out the problem, I corrected my error. Unfortunately, even with that, the system STILL complained that I had not submitted all the necessary menu selections. Reviewing everything this time, I could find no problem
With nothing to fix (at least, so I thought) and not being able to move forward; the only choice I was left with was to refresh the page and start again
This time, when I selected the chicken dinner that I wanted; the system gave me additional choices that it did NOT give me previously - whether or not I want a glaze on my chicken, plus whether or not I wanted a bun
I was NOT presented with these menu options the first or second time thru my menu selection, so the complaints by the system about my order not being complete were NOT my fault
THIRD, because I was unable to log into my account, I had to manually enter my CAA membership number - something that should NOT have been necessary!
FOUR, when I FINALLY get to the point of checking out, the system would NOT accept my credit card payment. Reason - unknown, but again frustrating. Since it wouldn't accept a credit card payment, I switched over to pay in store. For some reason you have to tell, at the time of placing the order, whether you will pay by card or by cash. At first, the system would NOT accept either selection
FINALLY, it accepted this last selection and we were EVENTUALLY able to confirm the order

Read morePlaced a scheduled delivery order (using the app) as a gift for a family and put in my own mobile number as contact for the recipient. Ordered a chicken&rib family meal and then added cheese perogies for a family member with mild chicken allergy. I knew I shouldn’t have noted that because it’s very likely that everything comes in contact with chicken there but I did, and so the store put my order on hold to confirm that. They kept reaching out to the recipient which had my contact number but I didn’t have my phone with me so their messages kept going to voicemail mentioning my name instead of the recipient. I can imagine the confusion I brought on them but I very much appreciate how they handled the situation and provided a solution. On their 4th voicemail message, they said they will go ahead and fulfill the order and put a note on the food package about the perogies coming in contact with chicken and they still met the delivery time I chose for this gift order. I got their voicemail messages the next day and I called back to profusely apologize for the confusion and to say that the family I gifted the order to very much enjoyed the meal! Everything was great and flavorful! And the perogies were perfect for the one who does not eat chicken due to a skin reaction. The lady who kept calling me to confirm was named Sara and I didn’t get to speak to her when I called back the store but I was told they will pass along my message. I just thought this is worth writing a review on here. I take it as exceptional customer service to make it their concern that the allergy issue is properly addressed and Sara went the extra mile to reach out and do that and was still courteous on the multiple voicemail messages.
