Very very very horrible service the driver was 1 hour and 20 min late I called and spoke to the supervisor he would not even give me a discount on my order then the manager who is a woman was very rude to me very disrespectful kept on trying to close the phone on my face kept on cutting me off when I was speaking saying your not getting no discount on your next order being very rude kept on trying to hang up the phone on my face very horrible service never ordering from there ever agian and telling everyone not to order from this horrible place they were very late to deliver my food and they don't give a discount very rude customer service horrible service the manager should be fired for being rude and trying to close the phone on my face this is unprofessional service I am so frustrated that I don't even want to eat this food any more so frustrated with this horrible customer service that manager is very rude does not respect customers should be fired never ever will I order from that place never agian you lost a...

I have been eating Gabriel's pizza since before elementary school. I ordered a pizza for pickup. I went to pick it up with my 1 year old son. Upon arrival I was told that someone came in and took my pizza and had provided my phone number to pick it up. The person at the cash looked me in the face and said someone gave my exact phone number and took the pizza. Instead of just telling me they gave my pizza to someone else and apologizing, which would of been fine, they lied to my face. They offered to make me another pizza but it'd take 20 minutes. I called corporate and requested that the pizza be given to me for free and complained that the person at the counter was lied straight to my face. Corporate offered to give me 50% off. The pizza ended up being improperly cooked with barely any cheese. I haven't gone back to Gabriels since and would never recommend...

Horrible experience! I used to like ordering from here a lot but now I will never order again. The pizza I ordered was awful so they delivered another pizza but asked that I give the other one back. When the delivery guy came to switch the pizza with the new one I didn't realize that I had left my change on the top of the box under the stapled receipt. It was 70$ because I paid for the pizza with a 100$ bill. When I called and said what had happen so I can get my money back they said the driver didn't see it (right?! obliviously pocketed the money!). They said there was nothing they could do, so my pizza ended up costing me 100$. I am so furious and angry that they wouldn't even fire the driver for stealing my money. I hate Gabriel's pizza and will never order...
