I'm mixed on this place as I've been a bunch of times. Service is fine. The quality of the drinks has varied widely from excellent to meh. I think the issue stems from how they ask about and how they add sugar. It should be just normal, less or more. But instead it's a "percent" with them explaining that 50% - 75% is "usually average" and 100% is a lot. Which doesn't make sense as a percent in the first place because you would assume 100% means the sugar fills the whole cup and that over 100% would be extra. However I've ordered the same drink at the same percent and have gotten 1 tasting bland and 1 too sugary. Also, although they are not trying to be mean or rude, they make you feel quite guilty and second guessing if you ask for 100% sugar, eg. "Are you sure you want that much sugar? Are you really really sure?" Then why do you have it as an option if you don't think I should do it? Also, the 1 time I felt wrong about doing that and chose a less sugar quantity, it was too bland. I know they're not trying to make you feel guilty and are just trying to explain this confusing system, but it comes off the wrong way. They should fix this silly...

Employee was tired, other customers (4 total) looked irate when I walked in. Front door is not accessible despite having the buttons, has never worked. Front terminal also doesn't work. Employee got my order mixed up, gaslight me when I went back in saying it was just the labels mixed up (it was not, the flavours were backwards so one drink tasted like nothing as the flavour profile was wrong) instead of just remaking the drinks. Was clearly a bad day for them and I would assume the lack of more than one employee means they are being overworked. This is a single teenager running the store from what I could tell, with little oversight or forethought for safety working at night.

Overall, it was what we ordered and how it was supposed to taste like. The paper straws always throw me off, especially when having bubble tea. I was also not a fan of their cups it came in. They were a flimsy plastic cup, and mine cracked, which in turn ended up all over my and the car. I will say they were great when it came to fixing it. They gave me a new cup completely.
