Last Friday we bought pizza from here and had it delivered. When the driver went to leave he accidentally drove into and broke our basketball net. The base was cracked and no longer holds water and very easily falls over. The driver left so I went to the store to talk with them about it. I told them what happened and asked to speak to the owner. They informed me that the owner was not in and would be back on Monday.
I stoped in there today to talk to John the owner about what had happened and what was to be done. We had just bough the net this summer so it was very new and I wanted it replaced. It wasn’t very expensive and didn’t see much issue having it replaced. But boy was I wrong.
John immediately took a very defensive position on the subject and told me that the driver was to be held responsible and cover all the damages. I had already discussed this with driver previously and he informed me he could not cover the costs to replace the net. I explained to John that as the business owner I expected him to take responsibility for his employee and asked to replace my net. This was totally unexceptionable to him. I was either to have to driver how had little to no money cover my lost or get in my car and leave with nothing.
So I left with nothing. I told the driver then that I excepted his apology but would not cause him financial hardship over my basketball net. I was extremely disappointed in John the owners response to this situation. He very obviously has no care for his customers in the community more taking responsibility for his employees.
I shall never purchase anything from his establishments again and I highly recommend that you don’t either because if you have an issues that need to be resolved by him it will not go positively for you. Very disappointed in his management of this situation. His customers really only matter for one...
Read morePlaced an online order for my kids. Two medium pizzas, two toppings. Put a note on the order asking for both toppings to be on one pizza and for the other pizza to be just cheese.
They sent me two pizzas with the toppings split. Phoned in to let them know that they made an error and was informed that because their system doesn’t allow you to place two toppings on one pizza, the manager refused to correct the issue
So now I’ve got two kids, neither of whom likes the pizzas that they’ve ordered and have wasted 20 minutes on hold.

The good: The pizza is really good. The mozza sticks have this nice breading that isn't greasy. The thick crust pizzas are nice and thick and doughy and oh-so-good. The thin crust pizzas are nice and crispy (but not too crunchy!) rather than flaccid like other places.
The people are nice too. The onion rings are the thin and crispy kind, so if you like that type they're really nice.
The not-so-good: The second time I ordered delivery from them, the food wasn't hot. The pizza was warm, and the mozza sticks were only a few degrees above room temperature.
