UPDATE: Called and spoke with the manager this afternoon. His name is Ferris. He was lovely and apologized for this girl's behaviour. Apparently she's fairly new and young, but he was told by his line cook that she had been rude on the phone. People...these are folks' businesses you are potentially ruining by being inconsiderate and rude to customers. It may just be a min wage pay check to you, but this is someone's livelihood. Keep that in mind the next time you want to blame a customer for a mistake you made. Thank you, Ferris for your kind words and understanding. We will continue to order from you guys. Be well. I have ordered from these guys for years and have always had excellent service, righted wrongs without complaint and pleasant dealings. Including during the pandemic!!! Last night, was the first time it went sideways. Our order was forgotten about, after I placed the order online at 6:12pm (email confirmation). When the 50min delivery time had expired, plus 15-20 mins, I called. The girl was, at first, pleasant and realized she goofed. The order never got put through. So, she asked for my number, which I thought was verifying my order for that night. She said they were really busy and it was on the store for the error. I wasn't sure if that meant they would compensate for the meal, or what. I called back and she said no, we're sending it now - as if that righted the wrong. About 20 mins later, my fiance told me he had our food. I was at my friend's house for the evening and had placed the order with her exact address. I called again. The girl, now snarky, stated flat out that I had given them the wrong address. I said, check the actual order that I placed almost two hours ago now. The address is not in fact my home address as I'm not at home this evening, but at my friend's house. She put me on hold again and passed me along to some guy who insisted I gave them the wrong address. Very angry, clearly hangry, at this point, I said what are you guys going to do about this? You can reverse the charge on my credit card or give me a free meal for next time. He stated that I should go and get the order myself. WHAT? So I've paid for delivery, driver tip and the service to get my food delivered to what was supposed to be a fun girlie eve and you can't rectify this? He then proceeded to state that they would lose money if they sent out another order. How is that my problem? I'm sorry that you're busy, I'm sorry you've been struggling through the evening with other issues, but this is not the way to handle it. Also, please remember, we could have just ordered elsewhere, but we wanted to give you OUR business last evening. We FINALLY received our order, over three hours later. The receipt, which I have kept, even shows that the order was punched in at 8:37pm. Our food arrived almost 25 mins later and was not fresh. Disappointing to say the least. I hope the owner can rectify this, otherwise we will take our business elsewhere. That would be two separate customers you will have lost, as my friend was also surprised at the lack of consideration and bullying that took place...
Read moreI first off would like to say how wonderful their customer service was, and their quality of food was amazing. Not only was it delicious, but they had fresh ingredients and generous portions.
We had a catering order for almost 450 guests with all different dietary restrictions. They accommodated all these restrictions by altering their recipes to meet the restrictions that some staff had. We were able to all enjoy the same, if not similar food as everyone else in the guest list without sacrificing quality or flavor.
Everyone loved the variety and how everyone was able to choose what they wanted to eat, and everything was excellent.
They were so diligent to make sure they arrived on time with our order and we were impressed. The food was perfectly hot when it arrived and stayed hot while serving all our guests.
If you’re looking for a great place that can accommodate a small or large size event with great food, call these guys. Very happy and will order again in the new year!

Read moreTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I always loved this restaurant but within the last two years the customer service has been brutally horrible. We ordered for my grandma’s birthday dinner, and after bringing it home we noticed we got two meals that weren’t what we had ordered. Upon bringing it back the young girl who was working the front counter was SO rude. Not only did she not apologize for the order being wrong, instead she insisted it was our fault for ordering the wrong meal, AND made me pay AGAIN for the meals we were replacing, but took pack the meals that were wrong ???? The entire time I was in there just trying to fix my order so I could return home to the birthday get together. I didn’t want any sort of confrontation, but you could tell the girl was too stubborn to admit maybe there was miscommunication. I’m so frustrated because I don’t usually complain about these things but the way the staff made me isn’t alright and they shouldn’t get away with this. They made me feel like I was “stupid” and a “burden” the entire time...
