Green Leaf Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Ottawa

Apart from the fact that their bubble teas are overpriced and don't taste great, this store has absolutely no care for their customers' satisfaction. In fact, I ordered a drink for my little brother which he didn't really like. I kindly and politely asked one of the workers if, by any chance, I could get it replaced because it did not taste good. Specifically, I just asked him a new drink with the same flavor and without milk this time. The worker then started to scream at me saying they don't remake drinks here. His violent behaviour didn't stop there as he was also punching the counter whilst pointing towards the menu in frustration. He was also mixing in words from another language during his violent tirade. Overall, from the awful customer service to the overpriced menu items, I would advise people to not go to this branch of Green...

This Presotea is very good quality and also one of the only quality bubble tea stores in Kanata. The staff are very helpful and I haven’t ever had any problems. They have options to customize the amount of sugar, amount of ice, whether it’s warm or cold and whether you want to add tapioca pearls (to one of the drinks without them, like their slushies). I would highly recommend their Blueberry Fruit Tea, the Mango Green Tea w/Mango Jelly Boba or the Mango Slushie (add pearls) for those who are new to drinking bubble tea. It’s nice to see a presotea opened in Kanata with lots of free parking space compared to the other two locations in downtown. Unfortunately I found my drink to be extremely sour and also extremely sweet. Plus the basil seed seems to not have been boiled properly, so there were weird hard bits. Furthermore, there was a miscommunication and they gave me boba instead of basil seed for the first time. They blamed it on me for agreeing to “free bobas”, but they should have said swap/switch instead.
