Now normally I would ignore simple mistakes. Which this location seems to make every visit. But the way they handled this is COMPLETELY unacceptable.
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a crispy chicken wrap. Add bacon and cheese, simple enough one would think.
Infact she REPEATED my order to me.
Fast forward like 25 minutes when I'm back home and open up my food, the crispy chicken wrap is infact a Buffalo chicken wrap, zero bacon or cheese. This is only really an issue as my wife has stomach problems and can't eat spicy food. Lack of cheese and bacon aside, which was an additional coat, oh well. But the wrap is garbage, she can't eat spicy food.
I call to try and see if maybe they will rectify the issue. Since you know, mistakes happen, maybe someone else ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and they got mixed up.
No, instead this lady argues with me. Telling me the wrap that's in my hand as we speak is 100% as I ordered. She refuses to do anything about it. The order is right, I am a liar according to her.
My order was also wrong. So whatever waste of 40 bucks oh well.
Just last week my colleague was in this exact location and guess what happened? His order was mixed up with another customers order, however they where dine in so it was easier to sort out. But when they brought it up to the staff, what did the staff say? "You guys can sort it out and figure out who has what"
Do better. Seriously. Your job revolves around customer service. If you're incapable of having proper customer service skills, find a new job. If you can't listen to instructions, find a new job.
To top if off, EMPLOYEES should not be acting like rectifying an issue affects them personally. You don't own the store, stop acting like your whole life is ruined by fixing an issue YOU created.
Absolutely pathetic behavior by...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining here and found myself pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. From the moment I stepped in, the inviting atmosphere and warm greetings from the staff made me feel immediately welcomed.
The menu offered a wide variety of options, catering to diverse palates and dietary preferences. From juicy burgers to crisp salads, there was something to satisfy every craving.
I decided to try their 1/4-pound Angus bacon cheeseburger, which certainly did not disappoint! The patty was perfectly cooked, boasting a nice smoky flavour and a satisfying char. The accompanying toppings were fresh and generously portioned, enhancing each bite. The burger was served with a side of golden, crispy onion rings, which were perfectly seasoned and satisfyingly crunchy.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff remained efficient and friendly throughout my visit. The counter attendants took time to patiently explain menu items and answer any questions I had. The food was promptly prepared, and my order was served with a smile.
The restaurant's cleanliness was also commendable. The dining area was well-maintained and the tables were promptly cleared after each customer, creating a comfortable and tidy space to enjoy my meal.
Overall, my experience at this Harvey’s was a delight. The quality of the food, the friendly service, and the inviting atmosphere all contributed to a memorable visit. I would certainly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a quick and...
Read moreFood...normal. customer service? Laughable. Just ordered a combo meal and asked for a double portion of onion rings. My son told me the order, while we were in the drive through never been there before...never going back. When I received the bag of food, I looked in it then passed it to my son. I asked, is that a double order he said no. I said to the clerk that I ordered a double order of onion rings. She said she only heard a single order. I told her I said it was a double order. She then said something and I asked her to repeat. She said I would have to pay for it, she can't give it to me free. All this with an attitude. I told her of course I am going to pay for it. I never said anything about getting it for free. I paid. Then I asked for her manager. She said she was the manager. I asked her who do I contact about her, she shrugged her shoulders. I asked her name or employee number. She finally got the manager and I told her all about the poor service. I told her if I am going to spend my money here, I don't need attitude when I buy food. All the girl could have said was...sorry. I didn't hear it correctly. The extra cost is... but no, she decided to make a judgment about me and decided not to be...
