Best pizza in Ottawa! Hands down! I can personally say everything here is authentic and properly made. The dough is made from scratch, the toppings are fresh vegetables and meats that are cut by the employees (not pre cut and boxed like the majority of places). This is no cookie cutter business! So if you’re use to cookie cutter pizza like the people who gave poor reviews this place isn’t for you. But if you want fresh ingredients and properly made pizza do not hesitate ordering from here. Customer service is excellent and attention to detail is incomparable. Isabella pizza for the win if you want pizza made by those who care. Oh did I mention burgers are freshly made from real meats and the list goes on. The majority of poor reviews on this page are clearly a personal cry for help. It’s unfair that these people would attack a hard working family owned business during covid just because they got 50 green peppers instead of 52. I don’t mean to be that guy calling people out on Google reviews especially if their opinion is validated but I surely don’t respect anyone who uses Google reviews as a way to put great businesses down so they can use it as leverage to get deals on food. I don’t write reviews but I had to for this one. Called for a pizza here tonight at 8:30 guy on the phone said it would take 40minutes. Pizza arrived at 9:45 and order was missing two of the three items. Pizza was obviously cold. I refused to pay and literally told the delivery guy to take it back. He said he’d be back within 5 minutes with the sauce I ordered. 20 minutes later I’m still waiting around, pizza is now unedible. Guy on the phone even joked about how eating cold pizza is good! The only way I would get out of paying in this situation was if I left the pizza outside my doorstep for the delivery guy to come pick it up and throw it in the garbage (Poor customer service) Should’ve just left me the cold pizza with an apology. (I was starving at this point) I wouldn’t of have come write a review. Feel bad for the delivery guy though I’m not one to look for ways out of not paying for food and especially not tip, but this was ridiculous. My apologies...

I often order from this resto but that may stop. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs and expected something similar to the picture provided in the website. Unfortunately rather than 2 large meatballs there were many smaller. Unfortunately they were hard, and had little or no Italian spice expected in an Italian meatball. The most prominent taste was black pepper. The spaghetti sauce itself was sparse and didn’t cover the noodles. The sauce also had little or no taste other than tomato, ie little or no garlic, oregano etc. The extra cheese was the only thing that made it at all edible.

I also ordered a piece of pecan pie but instead got a piece of apple pie that was underbaked without a crispy crust. Almost inedible.
