Read moreHad a really disappointing experience shopping here for a men's wedding band. They sent us the wrong band - we ordered a band with a matte/sandblasted finish and received one with a polished finish.
May 11, I emailed them photos showing we received the wrong ring, and they told me it was fine and that "Over time it will mattify" (?!?!)
May 17, after another email they apologized and said they would order a new ring for us "ASAP". They said it would take about 2 weeks for them to get the ring and then no more than 3 days to ship it to us.
June 7 I reached out for an update after getting no order confirmation or other updates. Spoke to someone on the phone two days later and learned that we would probably not receive it before we left for our wedding on June 16 - which was more than 5 weeks after we notified them of the issue.
We did not receive the new ring in time and will be getting married with a band we did not want. Overall it was a really frustrating experience and I would not recommend...

Stopped by the bank location today (June 2, 2024). Busy as it is often on the weekends. Looked around and found a few pieces I liked. Waited for my turn to get help as everything is locked (about 20min). The 3 ladies there passed by me 6 times and never even looked at me, said hi we’ll be with you as soon as we can or acknowledged me in any way. When two of them were done with the customers they were serving, they started serving two other customers that had gotten there way after me. So I left. Not sure if this is lack of proper training or if they don’t want to serve people in sports clothes (was coming from a run) or they don’t like fat people, but it’s definitely how you lose sales. Had about 300$ worth of stuff picked out. Was always a fan of magpie, but won’t be back there. Plenty of competition out there for jewelry. Will shop at stores that value...
