Thought we'd try out this truck as I hunt for my favourite poutine in Ottawa. I won't say "hunt for the best" because it's subjective to each person. Service was great here. Quick, good prices, LOADS of curds, which are all winning factors. I found the fries were fairly average, but were still tasty. I've never really met a potato I didn't like. šŸŸ I prefer a poutine sauce rather than a gravy. But overall, this was a great spot to grab a quick bite and support a hard working local...

I got to say ever since I moved the other side of town, I missed getting poutine at fritomania and other places didnā€™t seem to compare. However Iā€™m glad I found Kimā€™s, as the poutine is yummy and hits the cravings in the right way. I found the gravy not as warm as I would have liked it but it was at the end of the day and I called to pick it up rather ordered in person, so next time Iā€™ll have to order to get it fresh. I found Kimā€™s when Waze took me a new route home. I was thinking about having Chip Stand fries for dinner so it was a natural choice to stop. At the last minute I decided to add a cheeseburger to the order, and Iā€™m so happy I did. I canā€™t stop raving about how incredible the cheeseburger was. It was 100% the best cheeseburger Iā€™ve ever had!! The fries were also excellent but the cheeseburger won the show!...

First time here and it was a good experience. I met Kim she was absolutely pleasant. The hamburger was okay, nothing really special(definitely not the best one I've had) but perfect when you're looking for a real burger. The poutine was absolutely delicious! French fries were your classic chip-truck, fresh cut fries, gravy was delicious and they use real cheese curds.
