I am a tourist here and was very excited to come here all week. During my last day here I was able to come - brought all my luggage - it is Easter weekend now so I came at 9am and the staff motioned that it opened at 10am. Arrived at 12pm with a few tables still available. I was greeted at the door immediately and seated (they let me choose my own seat so that's nice). But I was so disappointed at the atmosphere, I actually left without ordering anything because the staff behaviour was very uncomfortable.

The female staff was professional and seated and gave me a menu. I was waiting for them to come around, so went around to look at the beautiful display they had.

I heard the staff complaining loudly and crudely about people, swearing about them and such. This is an elegant place but without an elegant atmosphere. The staff are more casual than friendly and I went up to the counter to look at the pastries. I was ignored and the staff was facing me at proper spot to turn and ask me what I wanted to order, but was in such deep conversation, telling the waitress his opinions. He knew I was there but actually stepped around and moved away from me so he can keep talking to the waitress 'undisturbed'. His voice was so loud and the conversation wasn't appropriate for a customer facing counter. After waiting a while, ignored, I went back to my seat and then heard more ppl come in. They were instructed to go up to the counter as the servers won't come around to order. I even had to ask them for the wifi password, so I'm not sure why I didn't get similar treatment as them with instructions and additional welcome. It's a lovely place but the entire time I heard the male staff swearing and complaining about people. The environment wasn't zen at all and I just didn't want to stay there anymore with that type of negativity and gossip. The display was nice but there was another counter empty with shears and maintenance boxes in view, like a flower warehouse. So half the store is beautiful and the other half's atmosphere leaves more to be desired.

Really...

Luxe Blooms Flower Cafe creates a welcoming, luxurious, feminine and peaceful atmosphere by combining a flower shop with a cafe shop. You cannot help but admire the beautiful pink flowers at the outside entrance and it just draws you in. The inside aesthetic is every girly girls dream. It's THE SPOT in Ottawa. The staff are very courteous and attentive to customers. It is very popular, and when my friend and I came in there was a line around brunch time. This speaks volumes because everyone wants to experience this luxurious flower cafe. If you want to enjoy without much wait, then I suggest you go early or go late afternoon to avoid the line. They serve so many delicious things. Since it was my first time, I wanted to experience the creme de la creme. We ordered "high tea" which consisted of your choice of sandwiches, your choice of pastries, your choice of macarons, your choice of yogurt parfait in a martini glass and your choice of tea. The peach tea was so good that I purchased my own pack for home use. The turkey croissants sandwiches, made from scratch - to die for. As were the pastries, macarons and parfait. I mean every thing was on point. They also have an assortment of other desserts and fancy drinks that look amazing!! Michelle's signature flowers are for sale. This is a place you'll want to have your cute brunches with your girls, your family etc. OH The flower wall is so instagrammable! And even the washroom is super luxe decked out in pink and gold finishes. My goodness, Ottawa needed this and I'm so glad that Michelle followed her vision to expand her high end, luxury brand. Love this for you and love this for all of my future brunches and from time to time, I'll probably come and work on my business from the cafe! Will post...

Luxe Blooms Flower Cafe is a vibrant gem that masterfully combines the charm of a traditional florist with the cozy ambiance of a cafe, creating an enchanting atmosphere that is both inviting and inspiring.

Upon entering, one is immediately struck by the impressive array of fresh, high-quality flowers. From roses to lilies, each flower is displayed with an evident passion for botanical beauty. It's not just a florist but a floral boutique that offers a stunning selection, whether you're looking for a special bouquet or a single bloom to brighten up your day.

Beyond the floral offerings, Luxe Blooms stands out with its lovely cafe, which provides a tranquil oasis to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea amidst the captivating floral surroundings. The menu is thoughtfully curated with an excellent selection of beverages and light bites, each prepared with care and presented beautifully.

The service at Luxe Blooms Flower Cafe is another aspect worthy of high praise. The staff members are welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about their floral products. They're eager to provide advice on flower selection and care, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

What further enhances the experience is the ambiance. The cafe is bright, clean, and beautifully decorated with flowers, creating a charming and serene environment. Whether you are stopping by for a quick coffee, meeting a friend for a catch-up, or picking up a bespoke bouquet, the cafe provides a perfect setting.

I must also commend Luxe Blooms for their commitment to sustainability. It's evident they strive to source their flowers responsibly, promoting local growers and seasonal blooms. This dedication to eco-conscious practices certainly adds to...

My girlfriend had been telling me all about this flower café and how much she wanted to check it out. I was in the area the other day and stopped by to pick up some flowers for her. Admittedly I am not the best at picking out what looks the prettiest, so I politely asked the staff if they could help me out, and they sure did deliver. Three girls came out to help me decide, and walked me through which flowers would work best for what occasion. Once I explained what I was looking for, they pointed me right towards a cute heart shaped flower bouquet. My girlfriend absolutely LOVED them, and I have to give credit where its due; the staff killed it! I had some friends visiting Ottawa for the first time, so I thought we'd start the day off with a quick coffee before a little tour. They were in love with the decor inside the café and took lots of pictures for their instagrams. I was apprehensive as to whether the food would live up to my expectations, but once again they delivered. The smoothies and avocado toast cured the hangovers from the previous night, and fuelled us up for the rest of the day. Many thanks goes out to the hard working staff!

This is such a cute spot to go for a brunch, coffee date with your pals! Very aesthetic and pink themed cafe with options to purchase luxe bloom flowers and tea pot. Most people tend to visit for the floral wall photo. So one can say you’ll see ppl constantly on their phones taking pictures. I suppose that’s part of the experience. The location has a capacity to hold approx 20 ppl max with seating availability. Best time to go would be afternoon or around 6pm when things slow down. I tried the crème brûlée latte and Rose petal croissant which were pretty decent, not too sweet! Service was great! Parking available across the street (2hrs free parking) Price wise you’ll pay $10-$20 if you get coffee and croissants. You’re paying for the ambience and aesthetic experience as well to justify the cost per item. Overall, cute spot, would hope ppl would experience the in person experience rather than phone experience. I would recommend this spot to hold small get togethers like bachelorette brunch, baby shower, birthdays etc. It already has cute theme going so less work on your end if the owners agree to let you reserve it.

Booked a 16th Birthday for a party of 11 without ever being inside. I tried to set up the booking via email but communication was extremely sporadic at best and phone calls were not taken either. The cafe was packed with teen social media models and photographers. During our visit which was on a Saturday never ending groups of people poured into the small shop and stood waiting for tables or just taking photos and talking to each other. It was very loud. I was highly disappointed that our lengthy table looked out onto Dalhousie St. Not at any flowers or pink. The artificial flower wall was old and not maintained. There were hairs to be found on our table. On a quiet day this might be a perfect place for cocktail but the food was mediocre. Just pretty for photos. My salad was good. All our drinks and pastries were cloyingly sweet and the children agreed that the pink hot chocolate was disgusting. The only great part was the birthday music suddenly put on to surprise my daughter and all waiters bringing our sweets at the same time. I’d say the alcohol and photograph filters are needed for an awesome remembrance.
