I tried to order a bundle for 3 on the mobile app and it told me to delete the item because it wasn't available in my area. After a few tries of changing the items which sometimes works, I went to the restaurant to see if there is anything that can be done. After a while of trying to figure it out with the manager, I discovered that it is on the delivery side of the app only. After having discovered this I realized that someone was waiting behind me so I let him order because it was taking a long time and I felt bad for him. After he ordered and moved to the pick up side, another man walked up and but in between the manager and myself. He said he was there at 2ish that afternoon and McDonald's had forgotten a quarter pounder in his order. So the manager then offered him a free order to make up for their mistake without even asking for a shred of evidence. This is when I started getting upset. After the other man left, the manager came back and told me there's nothing he can do for me because it's the app and has nothing to do with him. He even asked the other manager about who then brushed it off without even paying attention to the question. I don't know about every one else but McDonald's food has gotten soo expensive that i can't afford to go often like I used to and if this is the way I am to be treated, I am debating not returning at all. I then left and once home have contacted both mcdelivery and McDonald's customer service who were not much more help but have escalated it. To be honest, I would not have been upset if they simply told me nothing could be done but having the manager give food to the other person without proof and then not do anything for me at all. That's what got me so upset. Customer service should be contacting me in a few days or so. To be continued......well here's part two. I got a call from the restaurant manager and he was nice and apologized for the situation. After a brief conversation, I was promised some complimentary coupons for meals and we arranged for me to pick them up this evening. When I got to the restaurant, not only did I wait at the cash without being acknowledged by any of the staff, but I was asked to wait until she confirmed with her manager because guess what.... Ya no coupons and the manager on duty had no idea what I was talking about. So now that is two Wednesdays that we don't get our weekly McDonald's. I pulled up to the speaker to order and the total for my 3 cheeseburgers was roughly $67.00! The bird on the speaker sounder like a cartoon whale with marbles in her mouth! It's a good thing that I'm used to women trying to talk to me with their mouths full, otherwise it would have took 30 mins rather than the 19 it did! I proceeded to the window but once again, my total was higher than usual @ 6.50 or so. I asked why the burgers cost more here and if thy're was gold in them but all she could say was "that's the total". I wasn't going to argue over a couple of bucks with a tone-def, marble-mouthed lady but I wasn't going to pay extra for some crappy burgers either! I drove away and left her , bag-in-hand, even though I was starving! Looking back now, I wish I paid, pooped in it, lit it on fire and then left it at the drive through window!
What ever happened to your great training program? I used to look for McDonald's on resumes! One thing is for sure, if somebody claims to have worked at this location, I surely wouldn't hire them!

I asked her politely because I already see another lady finishing the order I have proof of this I tel her I am here since 10min and the order is just behind you, can you please give it to me She told me if you waited 10 minutes you still have to wait more and I have proof my order was ready I saw it in front of me after that she gave all the other orders to all the other delivery people and told me you still have to wait. An inconceivable and gratuitous meanness I promise to come back and make a complaint as a customer to the manager because it is disrespectful. She was working yes and I was doing my job too. A delivery person was present and told me that she always does this with all the delivery people.
