My Favourite Chinese Food — Restaurant in Ottawa

We used to love this place.. have gone for pickup dozens of times. We usually get their spicy chicken wings and szechuan egg rolls because they're simply the best around.. Last night was a cold and lazy night so we called for delivery.. I believe they sent us the wrong chicken because we ordered spicy, crispy chicken and what they sent to us was incredibly sweet... as in coated with honey.. so i called the store and asked if it was supposed to be like that, they said they didn't know what i was talking about.. okay points lost. If you spend over $50 before tax, you get a free box of chicken wings, this time it was half empty.. also noted this on the call only to be given some malarkey.. Anyway, the Cantonese chow mein was bland also.. really really didn't enjoy our meal this time.. I'm gonna give them one more try even though the service sucks because we've had a lot of good experiences there before.. Tragic that this had to be the time i decided to...

My parents went to this location tonight big mistake the ordered some Chinese food.

They were not happy with the food they wanted to return and get their money back which day did but then the event took a crazy Disturbing Behavior the owner and his wife came out running outside out of the restaurant yelling and screaming at my parents when there are senior citizen and this is on call if I would have been there I would have called the cops and make a report of their bad behavior they should be closed business now I advise whoever tends to go there don't bother of returning any food because their behavior will be quite the same or maybe more so stay clear of this location unacceptable bad service bad people shouldn't be in business if you're going to go out and start screaming and attacking...

These guys are BRUTAL! It's impossible to place a takeout order over the phone. They are clearly understaffed and don't know how to run a business. Being placed on hold for 10-15 minutes and then told after that to 'wait just a few more minutes' , while you're listening to them take walk-in orders, is unbelievable. We used to love this place. The last couple of times, the main we ordered, crispy spicy chicken, was soggy and bland, the opposite of what it should be. The last FIVE times we've tried to order on the phone, we couldn't even get the order in and ended up hanging up. This place has gone downhill in terms of quality of food...
