Natural Food Pantry is, hands, down, the best place to shop in a health food store! I refer all my clients here because I know they will receive excellent service. The supplement department is staffed by knowledgable, experienced, trained nutritionists who will give you accurate recommendations. If you need a supplement, call ahead to find out if it is in stock, if not they will order it for you, or have it transferred from another store (something other health food stores don't do). This store is clean, organized and spacious. A colleague of mine recommended this store and now it is my go-to place! The staff make a fantastic team and are happy, knowledgeable and helpful, which is a testament to the manager who leads them. The young lady who manages the store is superb! On numerous occasions she has provided diet and supplement advice that has literally changed my life. I no longer have to take medication to control my blood sugar! My only criticism is that it can take some time for new products to hit the shelves. I’ve been going there for my supplements since they opened. There were two older ladies in supplements helping me to choose the right product, very knowledgeable and friendly, but I don’t see them anymore, too bad. The girl at that section has an attitude, she just stares into computer or busy talking on the phone. The section is huge and you need help finding products, but there is no knowledgeable staff available as it used to be.
