Original Willy's Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

I usually order from another location and get my pizza "well done" so the cheese is crispy, but they weren't doing it properly all the time so I tried this location for the first time to see if they would do it properly. Called them and specified that I wanted the pizza "well done" and the person agreed and asked if I wanted the cheese crispy. I said yes. I go in and look at the pizza and the cheese is very white and stringy but not at all well done and not crispy at all. I asked if they could put the pizza in longer as because it wasn't "well done" as they agreed upon. The person who put my pizza in glared at me for 5 seconds and said nothing. So he was mad at me and giving me the death stare because I wanted him to put it in longer even though they were the ones that didn't follow their own instructions. If you won't follow cooking instructions, then why offer it? Just say you cook it one way and that's it. Very Annoying. Going to try another pizza place. Don't want to deal with the death stare when they make a mistake. Pizza is good when it's cooked "Well...

I’ve read a few reviews here and I see a common trend of complaints about masks, I hope you folks understand there are health exemptions from wearing masks some people cannot it’s their own medical health. As a long time customer of Willy’s I firmly believe they have all measures properly in place having been there monthly for the BBQ Chicken pizza! There’s plexiglass through out dividing the staff from the customers, masks on all staff at all times even with Willy’s written on it, hand sanitizer readily available and automatic doors on all public access points bathrooms included. The food is amazing the best pizza in town you get what you pay for and quality is what you get! The staff are always warm and welcoming, the service is fast and efficient, and quality control is on point and the foods always hot!

I am writing because this is the second time that my order, at Willy's on Kakulu in Kanata, has been wrong. Twice I have ordered a thin crust pizza and twice I received a normal crust pizza. The first time they sent me another pizza and asked for the wrong one back, which quite frankly is strange. This time when I called I was told another one could be delivered and when I asked how long approximately I was rudely told that I was holding them up so he didn't know. I would like to note that both times I had to eat my dinner after my family finished due to the wait for the new correct pizza. Not only that, but I was treated like I had done something wrong when quite clearly it was their error. Not even an apology on their part was ever given. Hopefully my concerns have been heard although I will never order from this...
