Order pizza from this place, took an hour and half to get my cold pizza. My boyfriend called after they were 15 minutes late, they said the driver is on his way. Then my boyfriend asked if the driver knew how to get here because he could give him direction and they said the driver knows. Another 20 pass and no pizza, I called and they said the same thing the driver is on the way. I told them that what we were told 20 minutes ago and that it is only a 10 minute drive. They called the driver to find out were he was and called me right back to say he was in the area. They apologized and said I would get a discount. My boyfriend went and drove around the neighborhood to find him, which he did and brought him over. The driver expected me to pay him full price for the pizza so I called them back so that they could talk to the driver. They said that the pizza would be free. The driver was all upset and saying the pizza was still hot, it was lukewarm at best. The cheese no longer looked melted. Even though I appreciate getting the free pizza and it was nice for them to apologize it doesn't make up for the fact that the pizza was any good. The pizza was dry, the dough tastes like bread and strangely enough the pizza tasted like they poured apple juice in it. And the to it all off one of the pizza's had a hair on it. Will not be ordering...
Read morePizza looked Delissio-esque, but baked better than I seem to be able to. Delivery driver tried to just walk away with the $6+ change from my order without a word. When I said no no, doesn't work like that, he makes the claim he only has $3 to offer. This was the night of Saturday, September 28th between 9 and 10 pm.
Update: a year later and I tried again through uber eats (so the tip was locked in :p lol). Uber eats service was great. The pizza was still like Delissio pizza but this time undercooked. Had to put in oven. I paid extra for donair meat on my Hawaiian Plus but hardly any was added (see pic). $25 for a medium "take home" pizza. 'Support local businesses' they say, 'Don't use delivery apps because they take money away from the restaurant' they say. I prefer to give my money to those who deserve it, who have earned it. Why would I want to support businesses that stop trying to meet basic levels for quality of service and goods? Commerce is a competition. At least come ready to compete. Don't expect me to contribute to a free ride because of the current...
Read moreWorst customer service ever and we will NEVER order from here again!!! We ordered for the first time and waited almost an hour to find out that they mixed up one of my subs with a sandwich so we called and asked them to replace it and when they got here we asked if we could keep it since its going to be thrown out anyway... Well, the driver got the owner on the phone who said no we can't because they were going to sell it to another customer and if we had told him he would have made another one to sell. My husband started arguying with him and saying that was unacceptable and the guy called him a mother fu..er and was yelling so loudly at him I could hear everything and then he told him to keep it and not to call back again and hung up on him. The driver didn't have the best attitude either and considering I had given him a good tip, that's unacceptable. I don't usually write really bad reviews because everywhere deserves a second chance but this place has horrible customer service and don't appreciate us, especially over something...
