Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

I ordered a pizza with BBQ drizzle for pickup from this place a while ago. I opened it when I got home to find that it had creamy garlic drizzle or something. I called this place to complain and the lady on the phone was very nice, she apologized, and sent my correct order for delivery to me.

Tonight, however, I ordered the same pizza with BBQ drizzle. I open the box at home to find that there was no drizzle. I call the place to complain again and the guy on the phone did not seem apologetic and he tried to offer me 3 dollars compensation. I’m sorry but when I order something I would like to have what I ordered. It’s not my fault they can’t get the order right (granted lots of fast food places are like this) but in that case I need adequate compensation. They finally understood that I wanted the correct order to be delivered. I get the pizza, (delivery guy was very nice), I open it, and I defffinitely got that BBQ drizzle I asked for. Out of spite, (for sure) these people drenched my pizza in BBQ drizzle! I’ll settle for it since I can transplant the pools of BBQ drizzle onto my other pizza without BBQ drizzle, but I find this to be very immature. (They have never put this much drizzle on a pizza ever)

Make sure you check your pizzas before you bring them home! And don’t trust that you will get...

Inaccurate and dishonest marketing tactings. I called in yesterday at 1:50 to order the wing it box for me and my family. I wanted exactly what was displayed on the website in the picture. Popcorn chicken, chicken bites and one wedges. The lady on the phone took my order but when they sent the product I notice immediately it was incorrect because the popcorn chicken was missing. I called the customer service line and was told that if I wanted popcorn chicken it would be extra money plus delivery (I already tipped the first driver a nice 50 percent tip on a 26$ bill)

I was told you only get two chicken choices and two choices of fries or wedges. I was lied to over the phone and even the website photo shows the box with three chicken options and one wedge fries. I will never be coming back due to the lack of honesty and being lied to over the phone. I could have ordered something else but instead I was lied to.
