Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Ottawa

Only one guy working on day that the app is offering a BOGO deal but regardless my fiance and I both order a classic Barbacoa-

No refried beans and so few black beans and rice we felt kinda skimped out on.

He then proceeded to assume we would want the exact same thing on our burritos (he did the same for the person ahead of us lol) and didn't ask if we wanted queso so he had to backtrack once he moved on.

Then our kids meal for our son - he didn't ask if we wanted anything on it (sauce or toppings) so it came out dry THEN he rang us up without making the 2nd item for the combo - so he went back and made it... same thing, just plain. Then didn't give us the option for dessert or drink (we wanted our son to try churro for the first time, but he gave us a cookie instead) and just chose apple juice instead of giving us the choice between apple and orange juice.

Not keen on going back if it's going to be so slow and painful to place an order. THEN not even be able to get...

This place is wonderful! What most people will care about: The food is pretty fast. super fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service is wonderful and kind and makes me feel like I'm going to my favorite aunt's house for a quick bite. I leave spending less than $10 bucks and absolutely stuffed with both food and care.

What some people will also care about: I want to support businesses that owned and operated by women! These two women are super hard-working and kind, and I don't see enough women rocking small businesses. They are often there from open til close and still deliver food with a smile and warmth, and I have tremendous amount of respect for them. They've recently hired a few employees, and the people they've hired are just as warm and caring as they are which means they've been carefully selected and well-trained. I went to this Quesada Location today with my boyfriend (Sunday ,November 4 2018) at around 4:00pm and the lady working was so amazing. pervious to entering the restaurant i called the store because i couldnt find it and the lady answered , told me the directions to get there. when we walked in she greeted us with a smile on her face you can really tell this lady loves customer service. throughout our order she was talking to us as she made our food, actually making conversation with us unlike other people at other restaurants. she gave us our food , we payed and left. she was so kind, so pleasant and organized for being the only person on shift. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. On top of it all the food WAS AMAZING! i love it here. today was the first time in a year and a half that ive had Quesada and I realize how much i enjoy eating here. I give this restaurant a 10/10.
