I'm a regular at the UC Starbucks and I have to say, Kelsey is by far the best barista there. Every time I order a drink, she takes the time to make sure it's just right - whether it's a simple latte or a more complicated custom order. Her attention to detail and focus on quality really shines through in the drinks she makes. Plus, she's always friendly and welcoming, which makes my morning coffee run even better. I go here because its a good location, however every time I am unhappy with my order. I ordered a iced chai tea, it was grey and disgusting. I ordered a matcha... she put it in the blender? and then it was all clumped together.

I am almost certain they do not have a manager at this location, and if they do they need to step up. Also this location is never open.

Ill give them a two star only because their is one male worker who actually tries. PROMOTE...

Got an iced caramel macchiato earlier today and noticed lots of what I can only assume to be milk clumps. I checked the cup after developing a stomach ache & abdominal cramping about an hour later. Drank about a third before realizing what was happening… I hope this location has not made other student sick from using spoiled milk in their drinks… Not only was it a waste of $7, but I’m also experiencing food poisoning symptoms now.
