This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. Today was the last straw, I will never be going there again. EVERY time I place an order (both in person and drive-thru) it is wrong - wrong order, wrong size, or missing something. Every single time! 1.5 months ago via drive-thru they gave me someone else's order and I only realized after I was 5 min away thanks to burning my mouth on something that wasn't even close to my order. When I drove back and walked into the store they just laughed and said, "Oh ya, we realized after you drove away it was the wrong order". Every other time I am there I order a Venti and a Grande and EVERY TIME they give me 2 x grandes and it's to the point that I think they think I'm lying to get a "free upgrade". Today I decided to switch it up and order my Venti first and instead I got 2 x Ventis and paid for those even though it's not what I ordered. At this point I actually think they are f-ing with me and doing this on purpose. The interior serving bar is never clean and the staff are more concerned about chatting with each other than focussing on doing their job, which is important because most people run on coffee and it's a big part of their day. I recommend the Starbucks across the street at the Chapters, yes you have to get out of your car but at least they do a good job in a clean environment. This one is a VENTI size heaping...
Read moreWe went through the drive through this morning, where there were 5 cars in front of me, yet it took 40 minutes to get my order taken. We werenât upset at that point, thinking maybe their machine broke or the whole crew called in sick. We were stuck there bc we arenât one of the lucky ones that had a truck or SUV to drive over the curb like several others did. What upset me was that after waiting longer to have my coffee order taken than The Keg takes to cook a full steak dinner, the drive through person didnât acknowledge it AT ALL, barked âwhatâs your orderâ at me, interrupted me while ordering, and when I questioned the wait time simply said âwe are really busyâ, without any sort of apology or gratitude for our patience. Then went radio silent and I had no idea if she heard my order and was supposed to drive up, etc. And letâs be real - we expect Starbucks to be busy on a Sunday morning. We donât mind waiting. But 10 minutes per car is ridiculous and there were only 4 people inside when I pulled up to the window - where we waited once again without being acknowledged. I finally drove off without paying or getting my single coffee, after 45 minutes without any explanation. Went to a different Starbucks that had a longer line and was in and out of the drive through in 6 minutes. Never going to...
Read moreThis review is not about the starbucks but an employee who works there. I came to this location since it has the gas station and car wash in the same parking lot. I wanted to use the vacuum and due to one side not working, I had to use the other side. But a car was parked there. I went inside starbucks to ask if the vehicle belonged to anyone and it did. The attitude I got from this employee who was in the wrong for blocking customer access to clean their vehicle, was not acceptable. She complained her jeep couldn't fit anywhere else. Employees shouldn't park where customers need access too. She asked me "what's wrong with the other side?, my car doesn't fit here" I responded that the other side is broken. And she went on and on. I ignored her after this. I'm posting this here as I don't know where else to file a complaint so employees don't block...
