Subway — Restaurant in Ottawa

Tried to order catering yesterday evening through their website (awful catering website) but after MANY failed attempts, I figure, why not call in the morning. That was a mistake!! When I called they advised me that they were forbidden to take catering orders over the phone and that I would need to use their website. When I explained that their website did not work, they proceeded to tell me to refresh the page. I told them it was not working, and they said sorry, it's against policy to take orders over the phone. I mean, as a business, wouldn't you want to make money??? Super...

I've been visiting this location for 10 years! I was 24, now I'm 34 grown man. The service they provide is literally the benchmark. All of Orleans area comes here for the service, speed and communication. They know how to retain clientele. The staff are communicative to eachother and firm and clear, and none take offense. They bring order to the dinner time chaos. I really appreciate these guys. I'd give 6 stars. Bonus star being they know they won't get fired for tossing you a few extra olives like these other...

I went to the store at midnight and artist name DHRUV made subway which was very delicious perfectly toasted and grilled and his way of serving customer is very welcoming and quick... must try subway here specially made by him

Just want to tell owner to maintain temperature as its cool outside and way more cool inside which i feel its also not safe for the employee as well the customer. I hope next time i can get better dine...
