Horrible experience at this bells corners location. The man and woman who run it are very greedy and rude. We ordered a footlong cold cut with teriyaki meat, extra cheese like always (usually about $18.00-$20.00) and when we got home eaten most of the sub, take another bite and out comes a long black hair (obviously from the Asian woman) cooked INTO THE TERIYAKI MEAT!!!! cooked in the middle. We then called, a young boy answered the phone and seemed to be between 15-17 years old. We explained the situation and he told us we could bring the sub back and he could make us another one, (at the same time we over heard him speaking to his coworker and said "they probably put the hair in themselves"). we live about 15 minutes away from this location and we're not about to go back out in the middle of winter, wasting more gas and time and money, so we asked if we could take pictures of the sub and next time the manager is in we will explain the situation. So next time comes, the woman and man who run the store are the only ones working and we explained the situation and they refused to give us a credit, a free sub, or a refund, no apology or anything. they didn't even let us show them the picture of the hair cooked in the meat. They automatically said its too late and that we NEEDED to bring the sub in to prove it. They got very very rude and started talking over us. I asked for the corporate phone number and she refused to give it to me at first and then I demanded but she still wouldn't give me a number but she proceeded to give me a website which most likely won't resolve any of this. I am a very upset customer. Moral of the story is the man and woman who "run" this subway are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE managers or owners (whatever they are) and they do not know the tiniest bit about customer service. Read moreToday (25th Jan), I went to Subway around 8-8:15 PM, and honestly, my experience was really disappointing. The person making the sandwiches was so rude—it wasn’t just his words, but the way they spoke, the tone they used. It felt like they were rushing everyone, like we were being pushed to hurry up, and it made the whole thing so uncomfortable.
When it came to adding sauces, it just got worse. He barely added any sauce at first—literally just one quick stroke. I asked politely, “Can you add a little more?” and instead of doing it properly, he dumped so much on that the whole sandwich turned into a soggy mess. It was honestly gross. I paid $11 for that, and there was no way I could even eat it. That’s not just a bad experience; it’s a waste of my time and money.
Also, I had multiple sandwiches, and I asked if he could write something on mine so I could identify that the sub is mine. That’s such a simple thing to do, but he ignored my request and didn’t do it.
This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve had the exact same kind of experience with this person before—rude, careless, and just no sense of customer service.

Read moreI decided to eat at this location On Robertson Road in BELL‘s corners in Ottawa Ontario. Talk about a sad Experience. The subways have been bought out by different people in the last couple years and the quality is really gone downhill. I ordered a turkey sub on flatbread and they put my sub directly into the oven not even on anything so the one side of the flatbread was crispy and hard. there were only three or four other people in the store, which says a lot given that it’s lunch hour and there’s businesses around. I should’ve taken the hint. There was absolutely no toppings on the sub itself. They have gotten so stingy. And to top it off, there was no baskets so they went into the lobby and collected a pile of dirty ones took off the top one disappeared for a second to put a new piece of paper in it, and then handed me the dirty basket that somebody else had used for my Sub with crusty flatbread and no toppings.
