The worse dinning experience EVER!!!!

Will tell everyone I know , to stay away..

The Restaurant was not busy at all, and it took forever for water, drinks, and each course.. I had to wave to her many times thru the evening, just to get service It's like she completely ignored us, and took her own sweet time to come serve us! The server', / owner I believe, was the rudest person I've ever encountered

On top of which, we had to each pay $25 cents for each takeout container Apolling and unbelievable , and gouging! The owner has no skills, she is rude and non apologetic about anything..

General Taos chicken DRY ANDTasteless! My friend order chow mein noodles , not what she received, owner was rude and argumentative defending it was correct, showing pictures and insisted it was correct.. When I mentioned that's gouging and no other restaurants charge for take out containers Her answer was ohhh you know costs money, and if YOU DON'T LIKE IT THEN GO TO OTHER RESTAURANTS THEN! I have never in all my year's been treated like such trash! SHAME ON YOU!! Al your good at is your stupid phrase, WELCOME BACK!! WHICH IS ANNOYING AT BEST! We were called cheap when we settled our bill!! You should be ashamed of how you behaved!!

You should really quit your job, you have 0 customer service ability, rude, obnoxious and unprofessional

We will never STEP FOOT IN this A HORRIBLE PLACE AGAIN My poor Friend was so looking forward to eating here tonight. You totally ruined her experience Onn top of everything, she reminded us, IT'S 8PM, WERE CLOSING!! We are not idiots, we were well aware it was closing time, you are the unprofessional one who took forever again, to bring us the bill!!!

If you hate your job, then maybe sell ll the business to someone who is a decent person and will treat their customers with...

I went with my friend for lunch he said the special is pretty good $15.25 three options with egg roll and " a small drink" The Small drink ends up being probably not even 1/4 can of pop. My normal combo meal with have been $8.50 + 1.40 for an egg roll those alone are only 9.90 so that means 5.35 for a small not even full can of pop. Ridiculous. My friend thought his food was okay, I did not. and Will not be going back anytime soon. Unless they charge 2 something for the pop and include service in with the cost of the meal, then why tip at the end? my friend even left a tip. He can go back I certainly will not knowing what a rip off this "lunch special" is.

Owners response Welcome to other restaurants they are free. Already there you can see what kind of place this is. Sarcastic responses. There are other chinese restaurants in Town probably that provide better service, and don't tripple...

Used to be favorite chineese place, food was always great tasting and reasonably priced. I however will not be returning as the last time I picked up food I saw all 3 workers in the back working on and touching the food without gloves or masks. Those with masks had them pulled down except for the 1 worker who was handling the customers. I did not see any kind of effort to prevent the spread of the virus, not even wiping the pinpad after multiple customers touched it. One worker wiped his forehead with his palm and continued working on the food. Multiple were talking while leaning over their workstation, without masks as i mentioned.

Had to seriously consider whether or not to just leave and refuse my order but begrudgingly took it. Everyone knows food safety quality is never going to be the best in small shops like this however this blantly disregard for public safety has totally...
