I had a very bad experience at this location there was a miscommunication error on either mine or their part , regardless of the fault I tried to tell them we had the wrong sandwich. And instead of trying to solve the issue they gave me a hard time and we had a very angry exchange they might have not heard me correctly. But even if anyone is at fault it doesn’t matter who it was but there was no need to argue back and forth and make my experience bad . I was just trying to give constructive feedback about the way we had our order taken . There was not a good reason to argue with the customer and tell me that “ I am right and you are wrong “ I tried to explain myself but she insisted that it’s my own fault . In the future they. Should not treat customers like that . I feel very bad for anyone who feels bad I was just trying to explain the issue and I feel like I did not get the customer service that I wanted . Read moreWhen I walked in the experience was nice. Very kind and polite service. Then the worker who was making my sub abruptly changed her attitude. She asked me what I wanted on my sub and started rushing me. She kept saying "anything else" over and over because I would wait for her to finish putting the appropriate amount of ingredients on my sub. At first I gave in and told her three ingredients, but then she kept forgetting or adding ingredients that I didn't ask for. The. Mid way through making my sub she said. "You can pay for your sub now" so I smiled and continued to ask her to add ingredients as I wasn't done making my sub. If looks could kill....she would have killed me. After the order was done and I was paying for my order her friendly colleague took payment. Then she acted completely different while serving the customer next to me and began flirting. I guess the priorities were not as I expected. I usually love this location, but this experience left a sour taste...
Read moreThis was my 2 time going to subway and had a very unpleasant experience here. An Asian lady who works there was very aggressive and rude toward me. Firstly she put bacon on the bread before removing it, instead of asking what I would like beforehand putting it on there ( I am vegetarian ) and was aggressively telling me what I wanted on my flat bread, rushing me.... She undercooked the bread. Also had a gift card and I didn't know how to use the machine and she was like yelling ( SWIPE, SWIPE, SWIPE ) really aggressively in a high tone that got me off guard and because she was saying it so fast and loudly I fumbled and then finally got it. But the whole time I felt unwelcomed and uncomfy. Then asked if their was seating available and she was like aggressively shouting ' TO THE MALL '.
