Supreme Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ottawa

I ordered online from SUPREME pizza like I have times before, through the account I signed up for. Paid 60 dollars for dinner for mine and a friend's kids and when I went to pick it up they said it wasn't registered AFTER I paid. I received no email confirmation ans suspected it was just taking time. They then had me call the other location Xtreme pizza, and thet said they didn't receive it either. So now I am out 60 and all they did was tell me the order didn't go through, on top of giving attitude when i asked for the number for the other location. Let me tell you how i double checked the location and disnt exit the screen before going to pick up. Terrible customer service, in my opinion. They also have no option to view past orders, what even is that ?? 😒 they lost a positive review, when he offered to make it for me until I said I already paid on THEIR website. Ordered on Uber eats, got a 3 topping pizza and boneless chicken bites.

The boneless bites were pretty decent. Not my favorite, but they were still good.

The pizza was quite good. Plenty of toppings, and the toppings were of high quality. The crust was rich, a little different than I normally see at pizza places, almost like a hybrid between a deep dish dough that's flaky and rich, and a traditional dough. I was pretty impressed with it.

My main complaint, and this is probably a limitation of how they setup their store on Uber eats, is that you can't order additional dipping sauce. It's an item add-on, and 1 garlic dip for an XL pizza just isn't enough. I left a note to add more and I'd pay for them, and left the $2 to support the restaurant as well, but they didn't follow the note. We had a large group event last week and ordered 16 XL pizzas from Supreme Pizza. The pizza was absolutely delicious and everyone at the party raved about it!! The experience with the staff was fantastic, from their kindness while making the order, their willingness to have the pizzas ready by 11am, and the spot on delivery time at 11am sharp on the day.
