Horrible customer service and availability. Everytime I go here they never have something and I go between 4-6pm. We placed an order with 3 different food items and 2 different drinks one being a simple iced coffee and they said they couldn't make any of it. Super frustrating when you place an order in advance and already pay. You'd think they'd see a pattern and start ordering and making more food. Sounds like the management has no clue whay theyre doing. Would be nice if Tim Hortons could upgrade their system like Starbucks and put an item out of order on the app when applicable to ensure they don't waste peoples time, gas and money. Was told to go to a different timmies since they can't even refund on their end. Horrible system. Thankfully the Tim Hortons at 2895 saint Joseph was actually extremely helpful. Cheers to the supervisor named Washi! Tim hortons service is going down hill and at this point its not even...
Read moreVery disappointing. Most likely won’t be back. Has gotten pretty bad over the years. Really long wait times, slow and sloppy service, and only a few friendly staff. Multiple times I’ve had my bagel cut with a dirty knife, that ended up putting cream cheese on the ends of each piece. Have wasted quite a few bagels this way. A few times, bagels were cut lopsided and buttered by plopping a huge dollop in the middle and not spreading it around. Pure laziness. Definitely not interested in wasting my time or money at this location anymore, especially since they no longer carry the only bagel my kids and I like. Management really needs to crack down at this location. Giving Tim’s a bad name. The final straw was today, when I found out they have discontinued the cinnamon raisin bagel, at this...
Read moreThe reason I go to tim hortons or McDonald's etc in a drive thru in the morning is to get food already prepared so I can have it hassle free if I'm on the go.
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and butter Toasted as usual... what did I recieve, a cold bagel made within seconds since no one was infront of me but as I opened it as well nothing was on it. Butter was in the bag and so was the cream cheese and a knife. I couldn't make my own bagel while driving so had to wait til I arrived into the office and also barely had time to make it and eat it before a meeting. Defeats the purpose of arriving and eating the food made right away. If I wanted to make it myself I'd buy the ingredients for cheaper and make it myself at home. Not sure why they don't make the sandwiches or...
