Once a delightful spot for coffee and quick bites, This Tim Hortons location I frequented has taken a disheartening turn. Over the past couple of years, significant staffing changes (for the worse) have led to a noticeable decline in both food quality and customer service. As a once (no longer sadly) loyal patron, I find it necessary to share my observations and concerns. Remember when this Tim Hortons was a haven for fresh coffee and hungry souls? The aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted you at any hour of the day. It was a place where you could count on a warm cup of joe and a quick bite to eat. Sadly, those days seem like distant memories. The food quality has plummeted significantly, What was once a well-organized and efficient operation now feels chaotic. The food arrives in disarray—cold sandwiches, messy wraps, and limp pastries. It’s disheartening to witness such a decline in standards. Flies have become unwelcome regulars in the display cases housing the donuts. These buzzing intruders detract from the otherwise inviting atmosphere. It’s unsettling to see them hovering around the sweet treats. Getting your order right should be a basic expectation. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Recent visits have been riddled with mistakes—missing items, incorrect portions, and mix-ups. It’s frustrating to have to return to the counter, showing your receipt and pointing out the discrepancies (all with the staff trying to justify their mistakes and being completely ignorant) The staff’s attitude is very concerning. They appear indifferent, as if customer satisfaction is an afterthought. When errors occur, there’s no genuine apology—just a reluctant effort to rectify the situation. It’s disheartening to witness this lack of care. Arguments between patrons and employees have become commonplace. Respect seems to have vanished. As customers, we deserve better treatment. Whether it’s a busy morning rush or a quiet afternoon, courtesy should prevail.
It’s time for corporate management to step in. Either address the issues plaguing this location or consider shutting it down. Our city and neighborhood deserve a Tim Hortons that lives up to its legacy—a place where quality, service, and respect thrive.
This Tim Hortons has lost its way. Let’s hope for positive changes that restore its...
Read moreI pass getting my latte most often at night around 9-10pm, and last Thursday dated (30/11/2023) At 9:55pm. I come through the driveway, long line normal no big deal everyone is waiting. When it was my turn to paid my latte i tell her on tap, she say just a sec. She started talking to the supervisor then she came to tell me sorry we cant make latte, we are cleaning the machine. I said i can see the machine is not in cleaning process and it is working fine can i get my latte pls. She was like no we cant. I just barked my car and went inside the store there was 4 employees. I spoke with the a guy i told him can i get my latte i can see the machine, and nobody cleaning it right now, can i just get my latte. You know wait i can wait you finish cleaning it. He answered back ok, he kept taking orders l. the supervisor started to clean the FV, HC machine without even thinking oh I should be the one talking the customer to fix the issue. Anyway, after the guy finished taking orders, he goes to take the iron milk steam cup of the latte machine and goes in the back for 15m. Started to wondering what takes him so long for a cup. I spoke to the girl i was like it has been 15m, you guys making me wait for nothing, then he hear my voice, he comes back from the back start screaming at me you said you gonna wait, im cleaning the cup, and he was pointing with his arms up like he wanna hit someone with it, and he said you think im playing. I said 15m for a cup yes maybe, i just need my latte. He goes to make the latte without even wiping down the milk steam and he took 15m for cleaning what i dont know. You may want to consider to retrain you employees, because clearly they dont have that. You have cameras in the store, you got the date and the time, you also may want to consider going back to the...
