I'm not entirely sure what the deal is with the night staff at this location, but our experience was so bad I wish I could give a below 1 star review. Nobody noticed us for a good 20 minutes, until we started inching closer to the cashier to see if someone will take a hint. There was just one lady close to the cash, clearly lost, reading receipts over and over, looking confused, until a supervisor (who was clearly overworked and sick) came up to us and took our order as he almost took his last breath and collapsed on the ground (we're thankful he still lives). We never got a receipt. We then proceeded to stand for another 30 minutes while another person with ear buds dangling from his ears showed up at the cash (after playing with his phone in the back) and struck an extended conversation with the next people in line...instead of taking their order...while there was a line building up behind them. By the time his supervisor came back to remind him he needs to speed things up, the people waiting behind were also about to take their final breath (not sure if they survived). Earbuds-dude went back to his phone (Is it cat memes? It's got to be cat memes). After watching the one lady at the front continuously get lost in receipts and ever-so-slowly put items in bags, remove them, put them again, switch them to trays, get lost some more, and wondering whether she was trained for her assigned position, we began to realize that maybe we should go elsewhere. Fifty minutes. We were there for fifty freaking minutes. At a fast food restaurant. So I decided to build up the courage to request a refund, which I did as politely as I possibly could, considering that I was literally boiling inside...and the lady who took my request was shocked. She even asked me why I wanted a refund (take a wild freaking guess). Earbuds-dude reluctantly came to give me a refund. Asked me for my receipt, which I obviously couldn't give him, as his supervisor never gave it to me. He half-heartedly gave me the amount in cash and went back to playing with his phone.
I then made the decision to roll over to the location on bank street. They served us within two minutes and apologized for "taking so long." We almost gave them a hug, and resisted the urge to inform them that they are in fact superstars. Maybe the Terminal Ave. location should learn from the Bank St. location how to be...

This one cashier was running all over to do every task while the rest of the employees worked slow motion on nothing . One was on her phone and Whenever more 3 people lined up behind me she still did not take my order. More 5 people lined up and she had not acknowledged them I told her you have more customers are you going to take them and then I saw one of the cashiers doing nothing 1 of them was on drive-through and 1 was in the back for 10 minutes more. U know I asked is the two burgers coming ? And The guy behind me had not even been acknowledged he was waiting for 30 minutes to place his order while I waited for mine and still didn't receive and then I told the cashier that can she call someone to help her because nobody was working except for her everyone was standing around doing nothing and she was cleaning the tables taking the orders getting the burgers through the drive-through and everyone else was standing there I never had such a hard time to get 2 burgers and fries and there was several other employees Doing nothing finally they called the manager to the front the manager asked what do you need help with but she never helped them with anything and she disappeared I told the cashier it's...
Read moreWe frequent this location often and have had very mixed experiences, sometimes the food is prepared very well and the portions are the standard amount offered at other locations. Other times our order has been wildly incorrect. I don't normally make negative reviews because I work in customer service and it feels wrong, but wow this last visit our order was super wrong. I went in to ask for more cheese and the manager, who had taken our order, came over and tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault the order was wrong because she didn't hear what I wanted. When she took our order she kept cutting us off every time we finished ordering a single item tho and since we've had issues in the past we do make sure our order is extremely clear. Regardless of the miscommunication it was how she treated me after I'd brought up the issue. She didn't even take the food out of the bag before she told me that my potatoes had enough cheese on them and that I had no reason to complain.
tldr: the service is ok and the portions good when the manager is not present, but if she is I would not recommend as the portions are quartered and if anything is messed up she's not super pleasant...
