Monday was the first time going through the A&W drive through since COVID-19 accommodations were being made. The lady at the window was passing the bags of food out on a tray and when the driver went to grab the tray the lady pulled back and glared... so the driver went to grab the tray again and the lady pulled back again (almost like a game). We were very confused and went to grab the tray of food one more time when the lady pulled back and scowled at us "not the tray!!!". I guess she wanted us to grab the food off the tray, not grab the tray. It was all very confusing and the lady was very rude. Unbelievably dry burgers! When we went through the drive-thru we asked for ketchup and mayonnaise and there was not any in the bag of food when we received it. We parked just off to the side and check the bag, then drove around through the drive-thru again didn't stop at the ordering window went straight to the pickup window and ask for ketchup and mayonnaise. The girl that helped us previous looked at us turned to her manager and said oh they were just here you take it. The manager opened the window and asked how she could help, I asked again for ketchup and mayonnaise and she looked at us and said next time you drive through just ask for ketchup and mayonnaise with your order! I told her that we had and she said she'd deal with it....

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I went through the drive thru today and a man spoke over the speaker and asked to take my order and just as I started to say my order I was very rudely interrupted by a women’s voice over the speaker that told me to wait. I said I’m confused because I was just asked my order by a different voice and she replied in the same rude voice to wait. So I was already pissed going up to the window I paid for my food and left the wrap I got was thrown into the bag completely deconstructed poorly done and the burger was NOT what I had asked for.
