Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Owen Sound

Used to be my go to for delivery, but the product has declined over the years. The last two time's I've ordered the pizzas were WAY undercooked. We order pizza, wait 40 mins, then have to finish cooking it oursleves, which takes another 20 mins and defeats the purpose of ordering in the first place.

I called the call centre, and they offered to cook more and re-deliver but at this point it would be 2 hours in total from original order time to the time we could eat, and just didn't have the time. They gave us a $10.00 voucher instead (on our next order - so paid for delivery pizza to cook ourselves).

Also had an experience where they were more than their guaranteed time (by about 15 mins) and refused to pay the driver. He claimed that he couldn't find our house on GPS (It was built in 1983, and I've ordered dozens of delivery pizzas from pizza pizza in the past). When I refused to pay, he would not honour the guarantee and took the pizza back with him.

I placed an order about 40 mins before close and instead of just making what I ordered they decided it was too late to make my food so they clearly reheated the veggie one that had been sitting for who knows how long in the oven ignoring that my order was fried lol I even tipped a fair bit, I came in to complain the next day as all fast food was closed by the time I came to pick it up. nothing but issues. since Covid, i've been using their app. Their app has been nothing but problems, changing my order before checkout. most of the time i'm on the go, because i'm busy so i don't look at the confirmation. I know i put the order right, there wouldn't be a need. WRONG! this has happened several times, and each time i call, i have to go through the call center. They have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and it's the most false advertisement i've ever seen. the last time it changed my order they refused to replace the pizza to the correct one, and said they don't do anything for their guarantee. had to speak with a supervisor, and she got a pizza my way, but the lazy driver refused to walk up to my apartment to deliver. he became rude and snappy when i asked him why he wouldn't bring it up. i will not be ordering from here again.
