Burger King — Restaurant in Parry Sound

Thank you Judith…such superior customer service. I stopped in for breakfast around 1045, not realizing breakfast was over at 10:30. Judith did ask if they could serve me breakfast and was told no she was so apologetic and I said don’t worry about it. Was in a few weeks ago and wasn’t impressed. The worker mopping kept leaving his mop everywhere. And kept carrying buckets of ice to fill the machine even though there were people trying to use it. Waited forever for the food and it wasn’t even worth the wait. It was cold and we both felt sick afterwards. The lady at the cash couldn’t even count back our change and had to get the other girl to do it. I want to share my positive experience at this establishment. I've used the drive-thru many times and have never had a bad experience. When my family dined in for the first time, I was impressed by how clean the dining room and restaurant were. There were four of us dining, and the manager made sure that everything was freshly prepared for us. We felt that this level of service went above and beyond what other fast food places in Parry Sound offer, especially considering that standards have dropped in many places.
