I visited this Tim Hortons on Sunday August 23rd 2020. I ordered a breakfast meal and paid for a breakfast meal and didn't realize it until after I was down the road that they forgot to put hash brown in my bag. We spent three nights in killbear park and on our way back through I stopped through the drive-thru and ordered the same meal and let them know that they missed my hash brown the previous time. They told me that they couldn't give me the hash brown because I waited too long to let them know. I asked if I could speak to the manager on duty. The manager on duty August 26th 2020 at 2 p.m. proceeded to be rude and condescending and told me there was no way I was getting a new hash brown. I explained to him that I already paid for the hash brown and that I would just like them to deliver the food that I paid for. He then added an extra tone to his voice such that on our drive from the ordering speaker to the window my five-year-old daughter said wow how he was attitudy. And my ten-year-old said wow that was rude. When I drove up to the window to get my new order I ask to speaked to him at the window. I explained to him that we were going to check our bag before we pulled away from the window this time just to make sure. He gave me a thumbs up and made some sarcastic remark. I don't know what exactly he said but it was like good luck with that buddy. I Got 5 minutes down the road and my sausage belt was a bacon belt so I went back to the store. The guy who took my order said the screen told him it said bacon belt so that's what I made. What's funny is he is the one that took the sausage belt order. I specifically asked him if I could continue ordering through him. The attitudy rude manager on duty. So after two trips to the same store and getting my order wrong both times and then having to endure rude an Unapologetic Behavior. I told the guy "I cannot believe that you speak to customers this way" . So the reason this Tim Hortons is getting a one out of five star is only because you need to double check your bag before you leave because if you don't they won't make it up to you. I was surprised, ot was amazing . Properly toated bagel, hot real bacon and the tomato and lettuce was fresh and crisp. I thought to myself, fast food I parry sound has improved. I rated that belt 5 stars. As this location is closer to my cabin, I tried there belt the next morning. What a mistake. Bagel was not toasted, egg was gross, slightly cooked fake bacon, but the worst, the tomatoe and lettuce must have been at least to weeks of out and out the fridge . This made lettuce taste like boiled spinach and the tomato taste sickening and mushy. It was disgusting. This Tim hortons should rename their slogan to Always disgusting. Just went through with my fiance and she got her roast beef sandwich with absolutely no sauce it was so dry she took 2 bites and threw the rest out. As for mine I asked for a ham and cheddar with maple bacon and I got regular bacon that was colder than the ham kn the sandwich which is weird since it's supposed to be in a warmer. On top of that I got yelled at through the speaker because the person seemed to be struggling with the computer and even tho u waited like 30 seconds between each item the lady on the mic got very iratable and was yelling at me to wait cause she couldn't keep up.
