PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW. This is one of our favourite restaurants in town. We eat here, we order take-out here, we bring our guests here, and we recommend others go here. HOWEVER, we had our first negative experience with a take-out order. When I got the food home, it was a real mess in the box, while some was undercooked and some was overcooked. I was really disappointed, and since we've never had a bad experience with the staff or food at Cibo and Vines, I almost felt guilty complaining. In fact, when I later went in to express my concern, I apologized for complaining. BUT, true to their commitment to making every experience for their customers a great one, the hostess listened to everything I had to say. Then, she called the manager, who listened to everything I had to say. THEN, the manager called the cook who also listened to everything I had to say! Even though none of these staff members were on shift the night I had previously ordered my take-out food. Their response was, "Have a seat. We're going to take care of you and correct this mistake for you RIGHT NOW!" They all apologized profusely. They thanked me for bringing this to their attention so they could have the opportunity to make it up to me. Customers who may have had a disappointing experience, then go home and write a negative review online without first speaking to the staff are missing out on the great service these people provide. Well done, to the staff! Please eat here and enjoy a...

I usually never leave any reviews but I felt I needed to after our poor service experience yesterday. I called ahead inquiring if they allow dogs on their patio, and yes they do, which is great!! After chatting with one of the staff member that we are having two dogs we would like to bring I made a reservation. We got there and no one even acknowledged us at the entrance even not the people in front of us. We were waiting almost for 40 minutes (30 minutes past our reservation time) until someone even came and talk to the people in line in front of us and then us. No big deal it’s busy I get it. However, we’ve been told we can’t bring our dogs with us as we need to have a reservation and letting them know that we are bringing them. I told them that I called made a reservation and that we are brining our dogs. Two of the staff members told me that I didn’t let them know about the dogs, which was actually the reason I called in the first place. They couldn’t be bothered less and talked to other customers to accommodate them and left us just on the side lines. We’ve got ignored for a few more minutes and just left then. What a nice way to treat customers. Been there before and it was actually not too bad but this time was absolutely horrible. Not even did we get bad service our time was wasted as well. And they didn’t seem to...

Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. During our visit, we were served by five different servers (not an exaggeration), which made the service feel disorganized and inconsistent. We were initially given the wrong beer, though this was corrected once we pointed it out.

When our meals arrived, one of the Italian chicken sandwiches was missing a type of meat it was supposed to include. We politely informed a server, who said the kitchen would remake it. Shortly after, the waitress who had taken our order came over and, in a rude tone, told us we had ordered the chicken club “hun.” We calmly explained that it was the Italian chicken sandwich we had ordered. She then told us to open the sandwich, as if we were mistaken, but it was clearly missing the meat. She walked away upset, insisted it was there, and it felt like she was trying to gaslight us into thinking we were wrong.

When the replacement sandwich finally arrived, it unfortunately wasn’t very good. Overall, this visit left us frustrated and disappointed, and we would be...

Update: Since my first review we have been spoiling ourselves a few times. July 1st long weekend, we had family visiting from out of town. Again, we enjoyed the flavourful, delicious food. Thank you Sara and owner Cherie, much appreciated for the attention. The best Tiramisu Torte served. See you soon. Voglia di autentico cibo italiano. We craved authentic Italian food, especially pizza. We decided to drive to Peachland and explore Cibo & Vines Ristorante. Lovely Monica was our friendly attentive server. We started out with a Happy Cocktail, followed by Calamari and then the Cibo Pizza. Mamma Mia! Wow, the best Pizza we devoured in many years. If you desire a fresh artisanal Italian meal, look no further. Flavourful, high quality, balanced with savoury ingredients, this pizza will heighten your imagination of what it is like visiting Italy. The Calamari was equally boasting with freshness, flavour scrumptious ingredients. Thank you Monica for your excellent service. Bravo!

I’m not usually an Italian food fan, but Cibo & Vines totally won me over. Our waitress recommended the seafood baked cannelloni and it was absolutely scrumptious—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We started with the fennel mussels as an appetizer, which were super fresh and full of flavor. A glass of local wine paired beautifully with everything. The patio was perfect for people watching, and the kids’ meals were a hit too. Service was excellent! If I had one recommendation, it would be to stay open later in the summer and maybe offer some live music. There aren’t many options in Peachland for enjoying a patio late into those warm evenings without heading out of town—this would be the perfect spot for it!

Started with soup du jour, A hearty corn and chicken soup that tasted excellent and had unusually large potatoes in it. Followed with Carbonara while the dish tasted very good it certainly was not as the menu read... prosciutto, fresh peas, parmesan with spaghetti in traditional carbonara sauce. It appeared it was traditional guanciale instead of prosciutto but the sauce seemed to have heavy cream and other cheese added. The flavour was great and the pasta perfectly cooked but the sauce was much heavier than traditional. Another table mate had the Moma Nonas (sp) meatballs and a pizza and reported with to be very good. Will be back again the staff were amazing and the venue is nice.
