I don’t expect much from take out food BUT I do expect my food to be hot, made the way I ask and consistent each time I go! Tonight I got burgers & chili cheese nachos for myself, my son & his friend. All of the burgers were cold, the nachos were cold and there was barely any chili or cheese on the nacho chips! We often get nachos instead of fries, so we know how it’s usually made. This was not it! I also asked for extra mayo on my burger, which also did not happen (if the burger and nachos were good I would not have cared about the missing mayo!) I also would not be as upset if this was the first time it happened! It is not. The last time we got nachos & burgers it was cold and poorly made then as well. I thought perhaps the person making it just had an off night. Now I’m thinking maybe it’s worth the drive to go into Welland and get Burger King next time. If I’m spending my money at your restaurant and your staff cannot do the bare minimum and at least serve the food hot and put it together the same every visit, I need to find someplace that does! It’s unfortunate because we loved getting Wendy’s every now and then! At least the girl working the drive thru window was friendly! Read moreI dont normally write reviews ever.. but absolutely feel the need to after this experience My partner and in decided to try the biggie breakfast on our way to work this morning ...it was the mist disgusting and didsapointibg breakfast we've ever had ....6 small wedge fries , 3 little tiny half pieces of bacon, 2 overcooked eggs, and they english muffins were dry with no butter and so hard that you couldnt even bite into it ....i was starving so tried taking the outer round off in hopes the middle would be somewhat edible ....took a bite and spit it out after a minute of chewing when I realized it taste like whatever cleaner they use to wipe their food prep station in assume......if I could give this 0 stars in Woukd ....was completely inedible and ended up throwing it out ....went to work hungry and out 20 bucks for 2 disgusting breakfasts....wishing I would have went to A&W where they Acctualky make a decent breakfast...
