Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Penticton

Got off graveyard went to grab breakfast completely ruined my order and also charged me two times they forgot to add some of my stuff and when telling them it’s not in the bag they said I have to pay for it because I’m assuming they forgot to add it on then didn’t want to tell me lol.. anyway called management when I got home because they gave me wrong items all the stuff I ordered were missing components drenched in sauce and the icecap had a ton of oat milk. Manager told me come in the next morning for a gift card. Go in the next morning first guy was constantly asking me what for when I asked him to get me the manager even when I told him why then this younger guy was standing at the drive through window staring me down (I’m a 5’2 female) then came over and said what do I want I again said the manager they started laughing at me. A women came giving me attitude saying what do I want to order I said nothing from this place she said why I explained she said well what do you want I’m not the manager so I said she told me to come back and again explained the situation meanwhile there’s 3 of them in the back laughing and trying to intimidate me. Eventually she slapped a gift card in my hand and said “THERE” and walked away. Disgusting people and disgusting food not to mention they messed up orders while I’m standing...

Very rude atmosphere. My instructor was using the washroom about as he was existing the bathroom they banged on the door broadcasting that he's been in there for a long time when it was about seven minutes as he embarrassingly had to explain he was having intestinal issues. Was going to grab himself a rasin bran muffin and a green tea on our way out but instead calmly left embarrassed and won't be returning. The worst part is besides me sitting and waiting there were only two other people in the store and no one as she claimed actually had to use the bathroom. Ps she also didn't properly lock the door after buzzing him in and caught him on the toilet within the first two minutes apologizing and closing the door only to return embarrassing him 5 minutes later. Ridiculous service. Early morning...

Thank you to the lovely lady that answered the phone at this Tim Hortons location. My friend is in the Penticton hospital and really wanted a coffee. I am in Vancouver so I decided to Skip him some. I couldn’t get a hold of my friend and I didn’t know what he wanted in his coffee so I ordered 2. One black and one with cream and sugar. He later got back to me and said he could only have cream and Splenda. The order hadn’t gone out with the driver yet so I called the Tim Hortons, told her my story and she said she would gladly change the sugar to Splenda. My friend texted me and told me he got the coffees just the way he liked 😊
